This office has a policy that you must pay $500 up front if you have a high deductible policy. This wouldn't be a problem if I hadn't already paid my deductible at the emergency room when I broke my foot. The hospital said this doctor's office could have called to confirm payment - I provided a receipt. This office would not budge on their "policy" to see me. I don't even know if the visit would have cost $500 total - I just needed a cast and for someone to look at the x-rays I provided. I was denied service and the office lady likened their business to a kitchen remodeling business.
