I've always been pleased with the quality and value of work from Massey. Most recently, I needed a new transmission for my wife's car. When I called to schedule my appointment, Al told me to take it to the dealer. There was a significant recall that covered the transmission well past the original warranty, something the dealer failed to mention previously. The dealer ended up replacing the transmission. Massey didn't make any money from me this time, and saved me the better part of $4000. Thank you Fred and Al.

For thirty five years I've operated my business on the theory that "If you take care of your customers, they'll take care of your bottom line". We may not make money on every vehicle we see but have seen time and time again how the above always holds true. Our number one concern is keeping customers happy and coming back. Frederick Massey, Sr. Owner
We have been using Massey for several years and we love them. Let's face it...getting your car fixed can be expensive and stressful. But, the guys at Massey make things as painless as possible. I can always trust that what they're telling me is true and have even had them catch dishonesty from other people that have worked on the car. We just had some work done on some bad parts, and since the work was less than a year old, they ACTUALLY honored the warranty...parts AND labor. It was free! I believe that you get what you pay for, and while I'm sure there are cheaper shops around, the work is always quality and atmosphere is professional and trustworthy. Thanks, Massey! Special kudos to Al in the front office! He always goes out of his way to help me out.

Amy, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Massey Automotive. Allen and I have known each other for over 25 years and there's no one I would trust more to take care of my customers. Allen and I look forward to continuing to serve you and your family. Frederick Massey
Just like we all need competent medical professionals, dry cleaners, plumbers, electricians and other service personnel, having a trust-worthy mechanic is essential. We feel fortunate to have Massey Automotive to service our automobiles. We trust Fred implicitly, and we enjoy interacting with his staff who have always been courteous, professional, and helpful. They make every effort to please us. Fred and Al, who heads up auto sales, are true gentleman. We value our relationship with them.

John, We can't thank you enough for trusting us with your families automobiles. With your encouragement we will continue to strive to exceed our customers expectations. Thank you for your continued support. Frederick Massey and Allen Rosenfield
Massey Automotive (Service & Repair) owner Fred and his manager Allen are unprofessional and rude. They did a reasonably good job on my car, but their unprofessional behavior meant I will not be revisiting them. I think there are other places that offer dignified service! Avoid!!

Having been in business for over 35 years I want to personally apologize for whatever unprofessional circumstances occurred when you visited. As you can see from other reviews Allen and I go out of our way to accommodate our customers. We cannot imagine ever being "undignified" in any way. We pride ourselves on our customer service and welcome the opportunity to make you feel welcome and trusting of us and our services. Please call me personally and I'll make sure your needs are met with the utmost professionalism. Frederick Massey
Last year my 2003 Audi started flashing oil warning lights. Massey investigated, told me to sell the car at auction. I bought a new car, then tried to find a buyer for the Audi and accidentally found an Audi specialist in Alpharetta that repaired it for $650. The Audi oil problem is common but very complex, and Massey should have admitted that they didn't want to be bothered. They cost me a very large amount of money and trouble.

Dear Audi Owner, I am very aware of the repairs that were performed on your vehicle. I felt that it was in your best interest to not invest in this particular automobile considering the overall condition it was in, and therefore chose NOT TO take your money for any repairs. Our goal is to make the correct decisions to keep customers coming back for the right reasons. My regret here is all options were not discussed with you in detail, and will learn from this experience.
Best auto repair experience I have ever had, glad I tried them on a friend's recommendation. Thanks again for a great job! Bill M

Bill, The best compliment we can get is a recommendation. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you!
I had my car there for several repairs and I found that the price was fair. My issues started when the warranty had just run out on one of my repaired items and it broke again. I took it in and before I could say something they told me that who ever performed the repair the last time, that they did a bad job (they used a different language). After I told them that they had done the work, they changed their tune and told me that it was a common problem and not their issue and that it was out of warranty. After that I chose to find me a new mechanic.

I have had numerous cars serviced by Massey and even purchased a used car through them. Always great service, at a good price. I have recommended several people to use MASSEY AUTOMOTIVE and they have all been extremely satisfied. I can't say enoughh good things about Fred and Al and their excellent staff.

Had them work on my Jaguar S type for a bad clock spring (controls on steering wheel went out and airbag light was on). Took them 5 days and still was not finished. I picked up the car on Friday because I had to go out of town for weekend. Airbag light was still on and the horn still didn't work. I went ahead and paid them $500. I returned the car Monday morning for them to finish with the airbag and horn and they called me back and charged another $184 for a blown fuse ($2) the rest was labor. The horn and airbag light are controlled through the clock spring, if they did the job right the first time they would have known the fuse was the reason the light and horn didn't work through the clock spring.

I am thrilled I stumbled upon Fred Massey! My Ford 500's gauges were not functioning for a month and two different dealerships were unable to fix the problem. They told me the factory had to make the particular part which would take six weeks. However, Massey fixed it in less than 24 hours for a reasonable price. The customer service was OUTSTANDING as he and his staff went above and beyond my expectations. Fred Massey, the owner, is confident in his work, honest and truely knows what he is talking about. Call them today!

Having moved from MI and using the same mechanic for 20 years I was worried about finding a mechanic that I could trust. I was refered to Massey from a co-worker and I was not disappointed. Fast, friendly and professional customer service. I have found "my" mechanic.

Paid these guys serious money to repair and/or service 3 vehicles. Initial impression was that they were a quality shop. Upon more detailed inspection of the claimed repair/ part replacement I've documented deception. I won't be going back and advise you to look elsewhere.

Honesty and integrity are the words I would use to describe Massey Automotive. The whole team is very knowledgeable, and they excel in solving difficult problems. I have taken two vehicles to Massey after being told by the dealer that I needed very costly repairs (new head gasket, new starter). After examining the vehicles, Massey determined that neither of those repairs were needed. The end result was that Massey fixed the cars right the first time, and saved me a lot of money! I have been going to Massey for several years now, and I don't even consider going anywhere else.

I've been taking my cars to Massey Automotive for several years now and have always been impressed with the work, expertise, prices, and overall customer service. They always go above-and-beyond to make sure my questions are answered, and they give me updates on when certain parts will next need to be replaced (brakes, tires, etc.). Finally, Massey is always willing to help me get a ride back-and-forth to the office so I can remain productive will my car is being serviced. I would HIGHLY recommend Massey Automotive for any and all automotive repair needs.
