We purchased a mattress from this store and they promised us a 60 days worryfree exchange. Here are the catches: We have to pay for the delivery/exchange fee of $50 and we cannot personally return the mattress back to the store, also the new/exchange mattress will be at the regular price not at the discounted price, we have to pay for the differences. In fact the new/exchange mattress costs less than the one that we returned. The customer service is rude, beware of the false advertisement. Go through all guidelines and rules behind the receipt.
