DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE- TERRIBLE SHIPPING & HANDLING AND NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST BOUTIQUE EXPERIENCE EVER. The entire experience has been a nightmare, and I am disgusted with the handling of the situation from the beginning to the end. I advise anyone who is thinking of buying from them online, or shopping in store, to reconsider as you will assuredly be incredibly disappointed.

We ship in the same manner as industry leaders such as Gap or Banana Reupblic. The customer cut the entire end of the package off instead of the flap and cut the dress that was shipped. We offered to split the difference and the customer turned us into the BBB. The BBB sided with us. Additional info is available on the BBB site with the link below.
