It's been 2 months and still no TV. They came out, and said they needed to order a part. I gave them $200 and now they don't show up when they say and don't call when they say. I keep being put off. What a rip off.

My TV has been at Mauldin for over 6 weeks. I called on a Thursday and was told that my TV was ready and I could pick it up on Saturday...I couldnt make it up there on Saturday and went the following Wednesday and the TV was on the floor in PIECES! I asked the person working why it was on the floor if i was told it was ready, he didnt have an answer. Bottom line this place is a JOKE/RIP OFF/SCAM. I have come to the realization that I have lost my TV and have learned a valuable lesson.

Avoid this "company" at any cost. Through 6 weeks of attempting to fix my tv, I have seen highly questionable knowledge and skill, 3 no shows, apparent lies, excuses, no phone returns, and numerous times of apparent dis-appearance. I now sit with a broken tv in which a sears rep has stated in writing that the technician "destroyed" the set. Mauldin has $210 of my money, an integral component of my tv, refusal to return phone calls, and has apparently walked away with my money. Appears to be a scam operation at this point. Do not give these folks your money. Do not let them touch your electronics.
