Attorney Feldman puts his heart and soul into each and every client's case. To Attorney Feldman, each client isn't just a case. He truly is invested in each case. He puts in long strenuous hours to ensure that his client's best interest is achieved. I cannot tell you the number of times that he has met with me around my schedule even if that meant taking time away from his life outside of the office. Despite the number of clients that he has, he has always promptly returned phone calls and emails no matter how mundane the question was. Even when I was being a pain in his neck with tons of questions constantly bothering him, he was and continues to be there for me each and every time that I need him to be! My case is a difficult case, but that did not discourage Attorney Feldman from taking the case and literally putting my ex in his place. Attorney Feldman has achieved the impossible when it comes to my case. My children and I can go to sleep at night without fear because of Attorney Feldman. We are safe and can live our lives thanks to him. . .that is something that is priceless. So if you are looking for an attorney that will give you more than 150% and is invested in your case then look no further because you have found the best attorney that there is!

A few weeks ago, I called Mr. Feldman for some legal advice and he was in Court. I left a message with his secretary who was very pleasant. An hour later, Mr. Feldman called me from his cell phone while in his car to discuss my legal issues. He talked with me like I was sitting in his office. He answered my questions openly and honestly without any fluff. Our conversation was not rushed. I am very impressed by the way Mr. Feldman quickly returned my call and sincerely cared about me and my situation even though I never met him before. Thank you Mr. Feldman for being a reliable attorney who knows how to treat his clients with promptness and respect.

For anyone needing an excellent divorce/child support attorney Max is your man. I remember in the early 1980's a friend of mine needed a divorce attorney. She used a lawyer her mother was fond of named Max Feldman. I went with my friend on her first consultation with Max. I was so impressed on how he handled things and his "go get 'em" attitude, that I distinctly remembering thinking that I needed to keep his name in the back of my head in the event that I ever needed an attorney. The day came in 2003 but it wasn't for me it was for my fiancee, now my husband. His first attorney in Butler County did nothing more than drag a divorce on for 3 years with a bill of 40K plus with no results. I then remembered Max. Max finished the divorce in less than 6 months, cleaned up the mess and my husband came out ahead. To this day we still use Max for modification orders on child support. I recommended Max to many people and they all have thanked me for getting them a great attorney. One further comment. The attorney in Butler County drained my husband of any money he had left. This forced my husband to file bankruptcy. Max worked with us and was more than fair in billing and understanding of our situation. I can't say enough good about him. I can also give you several names of others who will say the same.

Max Feldman is the finest person and attorney that I have the pleasure of knowing. Max goes great lengths to do the best job for his clients. I am a current client and have dealt with Max as opposing counsel, and found myself wishing that he was my attorney. Now he is. Max treats each client as if they are his only client; he returns every call. I trust him completely and he is my first choice as a referral to anyone who is looking for an attorney. I have never been charged for receiving or sending a fax or speaking to his secretary. Does not make sense that someone cannot purchase a house with one delinquent bill.

He takes your retainer, promises a bill every month. You wont get it,then in a few months(about 3)after asking for a bill,. You'll get a huge surprise! You'll be billed for just calling the secretary to ask if they recieved a letter. He says he does NOT charge for secre services. But if either calls u back and leaves a message, u WILL be billed. By the 6th month i received a bill for 4,000 & my retainer was used up. He charges 50.00 for receiving a fax orsending one. .25hr for sending my credit report to me (50.00),said he talked to opposing counsel and billed me for 630.00, thats over 3 hours ?! Compared THAT bill with my x-husband, they did not match up. I tried to discuss and settle the explosive bill i was surprised with, but he wouldnt let me in, and turn me over to the credit bureau. Now i cannot buy a house. I want this off my C.Report. Big lawyer destroys single mom. Very sad.
