I took my bike in to have new tires installed that I purchased from Maxey's, the installation only took one day. After riding 90 miles I noticed that the front wheel was loose and would pop when turned from side to side. I took it back to the repair manager and he said that the bearings must have gone bad and that it wasn't anything they did when the installed the tires. I found this very convenient and his reply was I've seen stranger things happen. I had them to take the front wheel off and check the bearings. They found that the bearings were fine as well as the spacers and the axle. Basically they didn't find anything wrong. When they re-assembled the wheel and torqued the axle the wheel was fine and the popping was gone. The manager still would not admit that they had failed to torque the axle and that it caused the wheel to work loose.. I will not take my bike back to Maxey's.... Ever......

Wonderful to work with. Staff is very knowledgable. I have never had any problems. I have purchased six units, alot of parts, and thy are the only dealership I trust to work on my Bikes. Thanks Maxeys for everything you do for my family and I. If your looking to do business with Maxeys Cycle, your making the right choice. Nobody is better before, during, and after.

Mr. Maxey I was reading your reply to my review v-star 1300,Thats what brought me into your store years of service. and i realize there have been hundreds of happy customers. But I only care about me and what i have to pay now. you knew I could only pay a certain amount of payment. I was told if i had a co-signer i would get the payment I wanted.and i did but its whats going to happen down the road. my ex and I were getting back together but not now,its going to kill her credit if the bike goes back. being a promotional loan.. that i did not find out untill i got home. I have only paid $330.00 in Interest in 11 months. purchased the new bike for $9,995 and still owe $10,700 In 12 months the Interest goes up to 24% which double's my payment.my bank wont lone on it because it would be a upside down loan.I have paid $2000.00 on the bike all Interest. now 2 people have to pay. please dont do this to no one else.Just make sure they know what they are getting into.

I have been a customer of Maxeys since 1995. 5 bikes later, I wouldnt even consider another place to purchase a new one from. The finance people bent over backwards to get me into an expensive bike with comfortable payments, and a good interest rate. They have always worked with me well. The Service dept, has a great attitude. Fix bikes accurately as possible, with a no surpise billing policy which makes it easy to tell the wife how much Im spending without her ripping my head off. I guess I have always communicated well with them so Im never confused as to How much or When I can get my Victory back. Ps Phil is a great technition, always cleans my bike up after he services it..Good Job Maxey's...

After four bike purchases I was yelled at and treated like a worthless person over a 157.00. they treat you like gold at bike purchase but treat you poorly after.

I bought an 08 Victory Vegas 8ball from Maxey's & I love it. They had the backseat in stock and installed right away. I then put some break in miles on it and showed up for First come Saturday. Had a donut, picked out some more chrome, (which the service dept put on right then)and was off riding that afternoon. While I was waiting I rode one of the DEMO Yamaha's. How many shops let you ride their bikes??? I'll be back for my next service and maybe some chrome wheels.....

I bought a cycle at another dealer and took it to Maxeys to have a warranty service done on it (because they are closer to home and it was a minor repair) and they refused because I didn't buy it from them. I explained they couldn't afford to turn away business and they said they would do the work if I paid for it instead of the warranty. I also spent 10 minutes the time before in the accesories part of the store and was not greated by anyone till I was on my way out in disgust.
