Great auto shop. Honest, fair, helpful, fast, accommodating--I can't say enough good things about Jimmy and Sherry, the proprietors of Maximum Auto Care. The shop is a little hard to find the first time you go there, but once you go, you'll never want to go anywhere else. I have an auto with almost 180,000 miles on it, and I always feel sure, no matter what, that the crew here will do an excellent job, at the fairest price, with the best service to be found anywhere. The philosophy here is do it well, and do it right, and you'll have a customer for life. Well, Maximum Auto has my business for as long as we're both around. Here's hoping they never decide to move shop!

This place rocks. I will never take my car anywhere else. They fixed my Jeep today for about $400 to $500 less than what I was quoted at Star Automotive, which is just a block away from them. And Star Automotive said it would be a few days before they were able to fix it. I had it towed from there to Maximum this morning and saved myself $400 at least! The owner James Evans at Maximum cares about his customers. I won't ever go anywhere else. Thanks, Maximum!

I can't tell you the number of times Jimmy, the owner of Maximum Auto has saved me big bucks! He treats his customers like he would want others to treat his own family. When my VW began to have a long series of (unrelated) problems, Jimmy was always there for me, getting my car fixed promptly, reliably, and safely. When it finally got to the point that major components were going bad, Jimmy told me that I had to walk away from my beloved bug and get a new car. He could have sent his daughter to college on what he would have made if he hadn't been honest with me! I was so happy with the service he provided, that driving 30 minutes from Marietta to Dallas to take my car to him was no big deal. If anything goes wrong with my new car, I will probably get it fixed at Maximum Auto even if it would be a free repair at the dealership because I know that what gets fixed there stays fixed and that I'll be treated fairly. In fact, I've already had some optional work done on my new car at Maximum Auto for a tiny fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge. I have found that it always pays to call Jimmy before I do anything with my car!
