I called Maxsus when I noticed a roof leak in my master bedroom. One of there consultants Chris came out and assessed the damage on the interior and also found where the leak was coming in on the roof. Helped me file my insurance claim and got my roof APPROVED and paid for by my insurance company!!! I didn't realize this process was so easy... I recommend you CALL MAXSUS NOW!!! I would recommend Maxsus to anyone looking for an above board contracting company. I hired Maxsus for a home remodel project about 6 months ago and Maxsus did a Fantastic job remodeling my sunroom!!! And they also put a great roof on my home!!! Thanks, TEAM Maxsus!!!

This company is not it. This is worst experience of my life. I can't believe I did not read all stuff about company ahead of time or check out the F rating at the BBB. How do you get an F rating if you such great and honest company. I not from here but not happy with this company. You make me upset very much. I hope people understand me and listen!

This is not a customer of Maxsus, Inc. WE HAVE NEVER DONE A ROOF FOR THIS PERSON... IT IS THE SAME PERSON THAT HAS WROTE THE OTHER FAKE REVIEWS ABOUT THE COMPANY, TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY DON'T LIE...
From beginning to end, Maxsus provided greatly quality service and an even better finished product . From the time I signed up with Maxsus, to the Insurance Inspection, and to completed job it took Two Weeks for me to get a new roof. I would definitely recomend using Maxsus to my next door neighbore and even my mom.

Maxsus did a great job replacing our roof. Rob and Luke tarpped the chimmney to prevent further leakage and interior damage. Their examination of the roof revealed substantial hail and wind damage. At that time we contracted with Maxsus to work with our insurance adjuster for approval of a new roof. Rob arranged to meet the adjuster for his evaluation. The adjuster advised the roof needed replacing and made the recommendation to our insurance company. After receiving the insurance's approval and check, we notified Rob and gave him the initial payment of the insurance company. Within a short time, he contacted us for an agreed upon date for the replacement. When the roofers arrived, like a swarm of bees and within a very short time, the old shingles were removed. The methodology of the entire process was down to a fine science. Even though Rob was here supervising the entire job, the workers were very professional. They spread tarp on the ground to catch the roofing debris. When the roof was completed, the roofing crew put the debris into the dumpster delivered earlier that morning. At the end of the day, our home had a beautiful new roof with no debris on the ground! Thank you Rob for your very professional help in assisting us through the entire process. Maxsus Roofers did a horrible Job on my roof and they scammed me out of my money! No wonder they have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had done my hOMEWORK before I hired them, but I am a busy single Mom. They should be banned in the state of GA. Do not Trust "Luke" their salesman. Don't be fooled by his fake, nice tactics or you will be taken by him too! I don't believe any of the positive comments on this board, I believe the company fabricates them themselves. Do your own homework people. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, SCAMMERS!
Ms. Gymnastics mom, Maxsus, Inc. installs all roofs to GAF/ELK specifications that's why we are a preferred installer of there product and that's why they endorse us. I haven't gotten a call from you about a improper install so i'm wondering when we installed your roof? Or if you are even a client of Maxsus, Inc.? I'm anxious to hear from you about this matter contact my office and I will resolve any problems you had with my work. I stand behind every roof I install and I have installed over 1,000 roofs in the last 12 months and just to correct you I have NEVER taken anyone of my customers money, I have integrity... Beware of his contract!! Read the other reviews. Won't return phone calls. I did see the "F" rating the other reviewer said was from the BBB. WOW, check for yourself.
We left you a customer agreement form for 2 weeks and it's standard industry practice for roofing companies to operate like this. I'm not sure what your talking about we don't return phone calls you never called the office to let us know that your insurance adjuster was coming out? nor did you sign the customer agreement for Maxsus to represent you. They are suing a senior 74 years old, my father who can't defend himself. Says he signed their contract. Told him they needed him to sign it so they could get on the roof. He called it a quote to sign.Lie, lie, lie. Turns out he tricked my father that could not read it and it turns out that its a contact. Taking advantage of an old senior citizen. Shame on you! Check out all the law suits this company has filed in each county before doing any business! Dishonest liars! Scroll down to read the bad reviews! Many suspicious raving reviews. Do they make money off lawsuits or roofing? BEWARE - many other roofers out there. LOOK ELSEWHERE - BEWARE - BEWARE BEWARE. Keep Checking back, will update on outcome... Also check out there "F" Rating at the BBB. BE SURE TO SCROLL ALL THE PAGES TO READ WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID! kind of a theme here. Funny how the maxsus replies are all not there fault. It's the customer each time that is all wrong. Why don't they ever comment when someone make a nice comment? Maybe its silly to comment on your own reviews. "F" rating - What do you have to say about that?

I meet this client and inspected his roof, he told me about his father and wanted me to take a look at his roof also. I scheduled the inspection on his fathers roof and I meet him and his father and completed the inspection. I went over the customer agreement form with both of them. I even let them keep it to review it until I came and meet the insurance company. He called in the catastrophic claim and it took the insurance adjuster 2 weeks to set the inspection, The father called me and wanted me to meet the insurance adjuster and represent them on the claim. When I got there I asked the father if he had read the customer agreement he replied YES and signed it and gave it to me. I immediately went on the roof with the insurance adjuster and spent 1 and 1/2 hours getting the roof approved in the 98 degree heat!!! I went back in with the adjuster and we spoke to the father about the claim after the adjuster left I spoke with the father and son about the roof and which color they wanted, we picked the color and left on good terms. Until 2 weeks later this client changed there tune, I called to follow up with him NO ANSWER, finally after I left a message to ship material to start the job he called me back and said that he was getting the roof done with another company. This homeowner totally wasted my TIME,MONEY,EFFORTS,GAS,etc. not including risking my LIFE getting his roof approved for him to just USE me to get him the insurance money and not pay me for breaking his agreement. This is exactly the type of homeowner that Maxsus, inc. does not want to do business with, and yes you are correct you will receive a collection letter from our attorney if you break contract with Maxsus as you would with any company that performs services and doesn't get paid...
I just had a new roof installed due to hail damage. After the team at Maxsus determined the extent of the damage, they assisted me in the process of getting a claim approved with my insurance company. The day of the installation, the crew was at my house on time and within the day I had a beautiful new roof. Thanks to Maxsus, I have a much higher quality roof than before. The crew took great care to protect my landscaping and left my driveway, yard and deck clean of nails and debris. This is the first time I have written a recommendation for a company, but because of the outstanding treatment I received from Maxsus I want to highly recommend this comany!

Maxsus replaced our roof last year. The sales guy laid how much it would cost, met with the insurance company to get the claim approved, and the guys started and completed the job in 1 day. They cleaned up after them selves. A month later I got an extra bill for for additional work. I called the rep, and he agreed it was a mistake, and I never saw the bill again. It has been a year, the roof looks great, and it does not leak. Tim Dravis

A good roofing company, easy to work with. Teamed well in the decision making process on what color to go with. Had connections with other contractors that could do copper work and gutter work. Worked with insurance company so we had little hassle with getting paid. Missed the total squares needed on the initial estimate but resolved the supplemental billing direct with the insurance company. We recommended the firm to neighbors.

I hired this company to put a new roof on my home. First off you need to know that this company subs out their jobs. Second, I doubt that any of the actual employees of Maxsus have installed a roof in their life. To be fair the subcontractors that Maxsus hired did a decent job on the installation. But there were a few unfinished tasks that literally took months to get Maxsus to complete. And that was only after multiple calls to them. I think the only way I got them to finish the job was that I withheld the final payment until it was all done. I absolutely would not recommend this company to any one. The owner in particular is not a nice person once he get's your money.

We are very happy with our new roof and the experience we had with Maxsus. I called Rob initially because we discovered a leak in the roof after a heavy rainstorm. Rob discovered hail damage and came back on a Saturday morning to meet with our insurance adjuster. He has always been very professional and easy to work with. The crew did a great job installing the roof in 1 day and a very thorough clean up job afterwords. Now almost a year later, the roof still looks great and there have been no more leak problems. We will definitely recommend Maxsus to all of our friends and family.

Many homes in my subdivision suffered roof damage after a hail storm in 2009. I called Maxsus after being turned down by my insurance company just to see what would happen. The Maxsus rep was very professional and came out to meet with a different adjuster from my insurance agency. Both of them agreed that I did need a new roof. I had never had a claim before; the Maxsus rep took the time to explain the process and what to expect. When I told the Maxsus rep that I wanted to discuss the contract over with my dad before signing it, there was no pressure from him. Once I did sign and return it, the work was scheduled within the next few days and was done quickly and professionally. They also took special care of my landscaping and were great at cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our sales contact was very professional and really helped us during the insurance claim review. He met with the insurance claim representative and helped push the claim through. The installers were quick and did a great job. We had some minor water damage inside that was repaired quickly and professionally handled. Service after the sale was given when some additional clean up was requested. An overall great experience with Maxsus and many of our neighbors saw our roof and then called to get theirs done too.
