I took my Mazda in for a routine job. The one person I encountered there had the personality of a grubworm. I dropped off the car and keys and politely told him where the car was out front, in a common casual way. He never even acknowledged in any way, just stared at me like a banana and walked out. They also charged me extra without telling me for using my Discover card. I could've avoided that and paid cash had they bothered to mentioned the extra fee. Sheesh.

Eddie and his staff have been doing work on my cars for almost 20 years. He has always been straight forward and honest in his dealings with me. Although he is not very personable, I have never had to take my car back to have anything "re-fixed". They have always done good work for a reasonable price. Good auto repair is not cheap unless you do it yourself. I have fixed a lot of my own cars and was happy to find some I trust to take over this task for me. It is not a fancy place and you won't get the royal treatment, but they seem to really know how to fix Mazdas.

I had a good experience with MazdOnly. I felt like they were honest in their dealings with me, and provided good service. I will return to them for future service for my car.

Poor service, poor customer skills, poor workmanship. From the 1st phone call to the last and the $2000 I spent in-between I found Eddie and his mystery team (I only saw one other person in my 3 or 4 visits) to be nothing like the NPR commercials I had heard over the years, which was a perception of professionalism and competence. They were anything but that from the word go. If you do not treat your car like a person I do not recommend them, if you like being spoken to with a subtle contempt I highly recommend them. For me I have not decided who to use next. I had left Jim Ellis Mazda for these clowns because my car has high miles and I thought I should control my costs. Do not make my mistake, steer clear of these wannabes.
