Classes are great for low impact aerobic exercise, builds strength and stamina, not to mention reducing stress. Instructors are extremely knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend Mei Zhong to everyone.

Friendly, warm, patient and positive, always encouraging for the absolute beginner and to those who have had martial arts training or different styles of t'ai chi in the past. Instructor is very knowlegable and is able to demonstrate and communicate how movements are to be done and the benefits they provide. I'm very happy to have found Mei Zhong.
