While Having to replace a major transmission component and a fuel tank does not speak well for an E350 with less than 60K, your company warranteed half the cost. I appreciate what Steve and Scott did for me. Your Thomas has also been a very responsive salesperson. He did follow up on my visit looking for an E350 - the car I now have.

Evan is a great asset to your agency. I have been working with him for 7 years and have always found him to be personable, friendly and most importantly efficient. Mercedes-Benz of Tucson has a real gem in Evan. Also, Stephan is another great asset. We love our Mercedes.

The service was done in a timely manner. Rich my service advisor took the time to explain the services that were needed for my vehicle. I was able to get a loaner car while my car was being serviced which was very important. The dealership was clean and well maintained.

The sales and service teams have all been exceptional. Always cater to my needs with quick and accurate information. From minor problems that they have fixed on the spot to ""extra"" services offered after my purchase. Especially love the loaner vehicles available during service visits. Makes it so easy.

We took the car to Chapman Mercedes and talked to Jeremy. After they looked at it they called and said there was no previous repair done on the tire. Jeremy had the flat fixed for free and replaced a burnt out brake light at no charge. Jeremy was over the top friendly I love how Mercedes Treated me. I whole heartily endorse this dealership and I'm looking forward to many years of working with them.

The best experience by far of purchasing an automobile.John was very curtious, professional, timely, suggestive, thoughtful, engaging, and made sure that no time was wasted waiting at the dealership.Jason was exceptional as well. He was very thorough in explaining all the features in the vehicle and how to use them. He insisted that he is available 24/7 to help with any problems. I've been driving MB for over 25 years and this is one of the best dealerships I've been to. Mr. Schumaker explained all of the details of my service and went above and beyond taking care of me and my vehicle. He got me a loaner and the rest of the staff did a great job getting me in and out. The service performed appears to be very thorough and complete.

Rich and Eric were very courteous and professional in both setting up the appointments, providing a loaner vehicle, and following through on finding the rattles and vibration noise I have been having with the vehicle. We are hoping that the issue is now resolved.

Jason was very helpful the first day I looked at the new car, and explained all of my options related to the end of my old lease. We looked at another lease, the purchase options on my old lease, and a possible lease or purchase on a new car (SLK300). He provided a quote on the new car, which I was able to take with me to make my decision. Two days later, Stephan worked with me to go for a test drive, complete all of the paperwork for the purchase, and perform the orientation of my new car, which I just love!! This is the second time I've worked with Stephan, and I would recommend him, as well as Jason, to anyone looking to bring home a Mercedes Benz. Great job all around!!!

As always, Rich has done an exceptional job in caring for not only my needs as a customer, but my car as well. It's a pleasure to have someone as wonderful as Rich to work with. Everything is always so seamless from the time I call to schedule the service to the time I pick the vehicle up after service has been completed. In addition, Savannah was a pleasure to work with as she made the courtesy transportation go equally seamless. She had everything prepared upon my arrival, allowing me to get in and out in an amazingly efficient manner.
