We drive all the way from Newnan, GA to see these guys. Merlin's is a mechanic you can trust. I've never felt, as someone who doesn't know much about cars, that they were trying to sign me up for services and parts I don't need. Definitely worth the extra distance to see Bruce and his guys!

Bruce has instilled in each employee to do customers "right". They educate, repair and help keep those of us with older cars on the road. They've had my business from day one and I' recommend the business to anyone needing their car service.

Over the past 6 years, Bruce and his employees have gone out of their way to keep my trust in them. Kind and caring and I have never known them to take advantage of me. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my car.

I used Merlin's in the past for suspension work on my Honda. I was pleased with the service and timeliness of the repair so I returned several months later with a check engine light. The problem was diagnosed and I was given a quote. A day, and $600 later I picked up the car only to have it stall out on my way home from work. After another day in the shop, I was told that the timing was off and that the problem had been fixed. I picked the car up after hours and it smelled heavily of starter fluid. --It stalled out nearly a block away from the shop. The police had to stop traffic on Hwy 85 for me to push the car to the nearest parking lot. I called Merlin's the next day to tell them what happened. Evidently, Merlin's towed the car back to their shop as the lower sheild was dangling on the ground, and some wiring was ripped loose. I was then informed that the newly installed part was defective, and it had in fact not been the timing. A day later I picked the car up and it overheated on my way to work. Merlin's tried to tell me that there was now a leak in the radiator, and gave me a $500 quote for the repairs. They did not fix the sheild that they had ripped loose, and they acted as though I was a neusance for the car not operating right.

Bruce and Denny are so friendly, honest, and hard working. As a single Mother, I was so relieved to realize that I was going to be told the absolute truth about the condition of my cars and be charged only for the work that is necessary and actually done without any inflated charges or false statements as to the cost of parts and labor. THANK YOU GUYS!
