This process has been a nightmare. Installer came out and put in a marble shower, both installers left without telling me they were leaving. One panel was completely scratched up, deep scratches on the outer edge like it had been cut. Complained and the salesman came to look, tried to tell me it was normal and that is how it is sometimes. Said they would have someone come buff it out and it would be "fine". I mentioned how I was glad that my money could buy me "fine" and was told it was all normal with marble, that is how it came sometimes. The guy came and buffed it, looked better but the scratches on the outer edge were deep and still there. They offered to replace that panel, great. Of course it was then a Thurs. and they couldn't get to it until Monday. Came out first thing put a new panel in, said it needed to be buffed again and that I would hear from someone in a day or two. That time goes by and I don't hear anything, call to ask, directed to customer service, leave a message, 24 hours go by and I don't hear anything, call and leave another message. So far my shower that should have taken a couple weeks tops is now onto a month long process and I still haven't heard from anyone. By now it is almost Friday so I am sure we will have to wait until next week. We can't use the shower until it is done so it has been annoying and holding everything else up. We are remodeling the rest of our house and expanding our kitchen, we now know who NOT to use.

I am happy to post an update on my previous review of Mesa Fully Formed. After posting on Kudzu the shop manager did call me back, he was at a different location that day. We arranged to stay on schedule (original) Counters were installed and I am satisfied. Appreciated the followup from Steve King from Mesa Fully Formed the next day, making sure it was resolved. Installer was very good.

This company was contracted by my builder to to countertops. I purchased a spec home so they were already installed, upon move in I noticed there were spots, so they sent someone out to make a template, then reinstall=2 days off work, those seams were messed up, so another do over =2 more days off work since they threw out the 2nd template, Those tops had a few small holes in them, so another 2 days...but this template was wrong, so 1 more day. And this last one is not glued properly so the formica is lifting from the wood underneath. They will not do anything more about it, I even considered upgrading to granite and since they cost me almost 2 weeks of vacation time asked if they would work with me on the price they said yes. Their "best" offer was HIGHER than Home Depot. I wasted almost 2 weeks of vacation time that should have been spent with my family. Seriously, where is the customer service. Not one manager called me or apologized, or even came out to inspect their poor quality. Poor quality, workmanship, and even poorer customer service.
