I went in to this dealership thinking that I was going to be helped properly and have been told nothing but lies since. Told they would hold my down pymnt for 2 months, lie, told that old car would be paid off, only after you argue with them. Told that paperwork for all refunds has been done, not. Claim that they are trying to force previous owners Metro Hyundai to submit refund paperwork, lie. Do not buy a car from these people, they are snake oil salesmen. Especially David Ligetti

I don't normally take sales calls from dealerships, but for some reason answered this one. To my surprise they invited me to the store for their "customer appreciation day". I was skeptical but decided to stop by to see what it was all about. They we giving away free oil changes and barbequing food. They fed my whole family and serviced my car, all for free with no strings attached. The general manager was behind the grill and most of the sales staff was there and thanked me for my business. Not once did they try to talk to me about trading in or purchasing another vehicle. It was nice to see they were genuinely interested in showing my family appreciation for our business during the holidays, especially when times are already tough for everyone. Thank you United Hyundai, you will definitely see me in the future.

SCAM ARTISTS AT UNITED HYUNDAI (formerly Metro) This dealership is now called United Hyundai and they are the worst! Manipulators beyond belief, and with a straight face. Never do a contract on a weekend either. They said they got me low interest rate on Saturday, but come Monday morning, the rate changed by 4 points. If you like to be badgered and beaten down, then this is the place to be punished! If you are a nice sweet person who just wants an honest dealershhip, then BEWARE of this dealership and its staff!

Thank you, those are the words that come to mind. I have not had the best credit. And thru a lot of hard work David and Brent got me done. And after the deal was done the service guys added my ne wheels and cd.

They tell you they'll get you a good APR, but never discuss price, then you take your paperwork home and realize they sold the car to you $2k over MSRP (They Charge a Las Vegas destination charge) $15k miles into my car the clutch was giving out and the car wouldn't start. I took it in, they had it for 10 days then gave it back to me with the same problem and said the clutch problem was "user error" (only been driving stick for 10 years) HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP

This location seems more interested in selling me a new car rather than fixing my used Hyundai. The car in question was under warranty and was given back to me with the very same problem I sent it in for twice.

They kept trying to undermine me and speak with my fiance even though it was my car. They would give us one price go get paperwork and come back with another. Then when we were about to walk out 4 of them started arguing and yelling at eachother about how they had the deal and someone screwed it up. They waited till I stepped out and tried to get my fiance to sign papers when I hadn't agreed to anything. Rude, unprofessional, sexist, and untrustworthy. I will never buy another car from this dealer. And I've had things stolen from my car when I've had routine maintenance done. Love the car but I'll go somewhere else next time.

Bought new car. Very curtious until we settled on a car and price. Then the add-ons came. Insurance for paint protection, wheel insurance, dent protection, etc. Ultimately, slipping in $1900 worth of insurances and trying to make them sound like they are standard on all vehicle sales--giving the impression they can't sell vehicle without these. Gave two stars because their maintenance department been very good for the three years I used them after moving to town with a Hyundai.
