I spoke on the phone with Terry about getting new tuner style lug nuts for my car on last minute notice. His professional knowledge and excellent customer service helped me out of bad situation that wasn't caused by their company. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. I made a casual visit to the store and spoke with a gentleman JJ Miranda about getting my wheels customized. After speaking with him I was impressed with level of customer service that he and other staff members like Terry provided. The customer service I received from them help me to make the decision to get my wheels powder coated. After going back to pick up my vehicle, I was impressed the quality of work. I could not believe how well my wheels look. If you want a quality wheel job, this is the place to go. The staff are professional and do great work. Byron

These guys do not even know how to make basic repairs to a scratched rim. But more importantly, these guys are straight up racist! I've never been made to feel more uncomfortable than these guys made me. I was looking for the white sheets and Swastikas on my way out of there! BEWARE, Do not go to this place! You want your rims fixed right, or fixed at all for that matter, take it to the Wheel Wizard in Chamblee.

Metro Wheels has been in the wheel repair business since 1989. We would not have remained in business for over 20 years if we were racist, or did not know how to repair wheels. We have many thousands of satisfied wheel repair customers. Do not let one anonymous review sway your opinion of our company.
Had a simple wheel repair on 2 wheels. I was advised it was a big job. (This is not my first rodeo) I have had the same problem with another set of wheels. They used a grinding wheel to remove 4 clamp marks. Now the wheels are a good as ruined. The whole wheel will need to be turned on the inter diameter to fix correctly. Repair manager admitted it was a botched job. For some reason he is no longer there. Next time I need a wheel repair I will not waste my time here!

This place is like an upper scale alternative to a junk yard. If you need certain car parts and would like to try saving some money by buying them used, this could be the place for you. I needed a basic non-decorative rim (the type that you cover with a hub cap), and I didn't want to spend over $100 for a new one. I got a used one from them for just over $60 and it looks like new to me. I just bought the rim from them and I didn't pay the extra $15 to have them put the tire on the rim and mount it on the car. $15 for that is absurd. Walmart tire and lube will do that for $5 and if you ever see them do it you'll realize that it takes very little effort or time so it wouldn't make sense to pay a lot for it. Overall this place was ok. I called ahead and told them what I needed. They told me the price over the phone so when I got there I just told them who I was and I was in and out with my rim in less than 10 minutes.

Metro Wheels does strive to be competitive in the market. If you are going to compare our service price to that of Walmart, please note the following: They charge separately $5.00 to mount, and $5.00 to balance, they do not index a tire for optimum ride quality, they do not have state of the art Road force capable machines, and they do not hire highly trained technicians.
