Over the years I have used a few computer repair shops and not all of them have been the best but Microquest is by far the _Worst_ I have ever encountered. When my PC would not boot up I took it to their store and it was diagnosed as having a bad memory module (at least that part was correct) and a bad hard drive. So I paid for the new hardware, labor and a new copy of windows. After two weeks of reinstalling software and trying to recover data from backups and online storage the new hard drive failed. At that point, fortunately, my old hard drive, which was now installed as a slave drive, booted up and all the old data was there right down to the desktop icons and the passwords saved by the browsers. So the real story is all I needed was new memory which can be purchased for $18 - there was nothing wrong with the hard drive. I took the defective hard drive back to Microquest and was informed that they would not replace it; I have to send it to the manufacturer. Oh, and they are also not responsible for the copy of Windows that was not needed in the first place.
