I recently adopted two kittens. They were adorable, but needed to be fixed and de-clawed. I took both of my babies in and only one came home with me. I recieved a phone call telling me that one had gone into cardiac arrest and they had a heart beat, but it was weak. I rushed there at about 6:50 at night, and was promptly told that I needed to make a decision because they closed at 7. I then rushed him to a specialist hospital and they ran tests and saw no reason that this should have happened. I have my doubts as to the accurate dose of anestetic that was administered. The facility was dirty, low-tech, and I would never recommend this vet.
