I had them do a muffler replacement on my '12 Tundra and the quality of work definitely left something to be desired. I brought a muffler to them that was a good bit shorter than the factory muffler on my truck so they could swap them out with minimal fuss and I could retain the ability to reinstall a factory muffler when/if I got tired of the noise from the aftermarket muffler. Instead of unbolting the factory exhaust connector behind the original muffler, they just went way beyond it, cut the entire section out, and installed the aftermarket muffler much farther back than the original unit. They then charged me for the extra lengths of pipe they had to use to accomplish this completely unnecessary relocation. When questioned about it, they admitted that the did it that way because it was "easier" than doing it properly and reusing the factory connector. I brought it back to them the next day to have them put the muffler where it should've been to start with, reinstall the connector, and fix some leaks caused by bad welds and what I left with really wasn't much better. I now have a cobbled together, poorly and sloppily welded exhaust that I'll have to scrap completely from the catalytic converters back if I ever want to return it to stock configuration. My overall opinion: Unless you're looking for low quality work on a piece of junk car, keep looking. This simply isn't a place to bring a nice car/truck. I should've just done the work myself.
