Check-in clerk took payment, said she would give receipt when I was done "if you want one." (Who DOESN'T keep medical receipts?) I paid $30 copay with two $20 bills from ATM, but when I asked for change, clerk insisted I had given her $30. No one else from business came to mediate, leaving me in the lurch. So WATCH YOUR MONEY LIKE A HAWK, AND INSIST UPON A RECEIPT AND CHANGE BEFORE YOU GO BACK TO SEE DOCTOR! Doctor I saw was very helpful in diagnosing my problem and offering appropriate treatment, including follow-up.
