I work for a navy dental clinic and we sometimes send patient's out into town for treatment if we cannont see them for over a month. We sent the patient to this clinic for specific treatment that was laid out in a referral that we print and send with the patient. I wrote on the referral and told the clinic over the phone numerous times not to bill the patient for treatment they are not authroized for. I had so many problems with them trying to do treatment without calling us firstt, that I had to have the patient come back. Worst part is, they billed the patient without even going through the insurance! This is not the place to go to!

I stopped going to them. I feel that I was getting services that were not needed and expensive. I think I was over charged. I think they are great denist however I feel I was being given unneed services

Very family oriented! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My girls loved the staff and were treated very nicely. My dentist there, Dr. Johnson, is the sweetest man. He seemed to genuinely care about my dental needs. I really appreciated the fact that they knew a lot about United Concordia (military insurance) so I was not overcharged and always paying more out of pocket like I was with my last dentist!
