Miracles Egg Donation and Surrogacy, Inc., allegedly an international agency with offices in California, Australia and Europe, has failed to timely pay numerous surrogates and egg donors and has been accused of embezzling Intended Parents' trust funds. If you are a Surrogate, Egg Donor or Intended Parent you should immediately contact your attorney to discuss the status of your case and trust funds. I encourage all Miracle Intended Parents, Surrogates and Egg Donors to demand an accounting of their trust funds - including a copy of the current bank statement. Internal ledgers generated by an agency's accounting software is practically useless as it in no way imparts any information on how much funds are actually on deposit in your account. Finally, you ought to demand that whatever trust funds you have remaining on account (assuming the funds have not been misappropriated), should be immediately transferred to an independent escrow or trust company.
