Poor Paint Matching. Used Cheap Clear Coat instead of quality one. Were rude at the end of the process because I did not want to accept my car. They also did not remove the window to complete the repair, instead they painted around it--that area started to rust. Insurance believed them that they couldn't match my color and refused to help. One year later, the yellowing on their bad paint match was even worse--turns out they used cheap clear coat. The repair area was rusting. Trim parts were falling off the repair. The car looked two-toned. Took it to Santee Collision, threatened Geico, got the repair redone, and have a beautiful, color matched car again. This was the biggest nightmare of a repair I have ever encountered and I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

I don't normally comment on line about work I've had done, but here I need to make an exception. I had to have the front end on my Mini (my pride & joy!) worked on recently as somebody backed into me. Needed a new front bumper and the hood had to be repaired and painted. When I picked up the car it looked great, but I was told if I see any imperfections in the next few weeks, as the paint cures, to let them know. After a couple of weeks I did notice some very light haze developing on the hood. Was nothing serious, but I called Gary, the owner/manager, and was told to bring the car in. Gary said he would have it buffed out and I'd have the car back that day. Later in the day I received a call from Gary asking if he could keep the car a couple days longer. He wasn't satisfied w/ the way the hood turned out after was buffed out. He wanted to repaint the entire hood at no cost to me and allow me to keep his loaner at no cost. When I got the car back it really looked great! Gary offered and did detail my car, at no charge to me, after the paint cured because of the added inconvenience. Now really, who does that? Honestly this is a quality outfit from the moment they take the car in to the time it's returned to the customer. I've had to go in a couple times, nothing serious, but always amazed at the quality of the work. I would seriously refer these guys to my friends, which I've done and my family without hesitation. brought my car and my wifes car in there under two seperate insurance claims and had fast service and good repairs. I can't tell the difference that its been fixed. i would recommend their service. Also they gave me a lifetime warranty. Pretty good

I had a GPS and an Ipod in my car. They were in the glove box. The employs stole my items and the manager was unwilling to even enquire. They didn't care. Furthermore, there was a scratch on the door that they replaced. Do not do business with them.

I brought my car in and was paying for the repairs myself.I had already gotten several different estimates at local shops. There estimate was right about the same as everyone elses but i decided to go with them. My car looked great when it was done and i would take it there again. Hopefully i wont need to though...lol
