I didn't even buy my car here and they are still so helpful. Every time i go in there they are always answering my dumb questions and dealing with crazy car dealer father who is 3000 miles away. great dealership!

This dealer is awesome, there service department is top notch and every time me and my annoying self walks in the door they help me with everything i need. I didn't even buy my car at the dealership and they still are awesome to me and my car.

I took my VW into Miramar for a couple of problems and also to get a oil change on the car. When they called me to tell me what was wrong with my car, it was considerably more then what I expected. I take fairly good care of the car and felt they had added a number of repairs that weren't needed. I only did what I believed were the most significant and safety related items and told them I'd wait on the others. I got a postcard from them about 2-3 weeks after I had been in with what was recommended by them that I hadn't done when the car was there. It was intresting, they had added items that weren't on the original invoice and items that would be major red flags like I had an engine oil leak. I called them to ask about it but basically there answer was "oops" we don't see the engine oil leak on your original work order. It felt like they were making up stuff to get me back in which I have no intension of doing again.
