i've been to miyoshi three times now and each visit was more than acceptable. probably the best sushi i've had in the area and the prices are reasonable. i could drive to buckhead and spend twice as much for the similar quality. can't speak for the hibachi, on the sushi side miyoshi holds it's own.

Our Hibachi chef was HORRIBLE. It took him almost two hours to cook all of our food (all standard orders). In all that time, he managed ONE trick (which he botched) and said about twelve words to us. He verified our food orders before starting but still messed them up and then blamed the waitress for it. He sent several of the wait staff to fetch things for him that he had forgotten to bring, such as teriyaki sauce. We were thoroughly unimpressed and the entire table complained to the manager who eventually gave us half off our meal and a $20 gift card to try them again. We will try again but only because the gift card combined with a restaurant.com card will make our meal close to free. And we will, of course, request that we get someone OTHER than Isaac who was by far the absolute worst Hibachi cook I've ever seen. On a side note, the waitresses were great. We never had to wait for a refill! When we left our tip we specified that it should go to the waitresses and not the cook.

This is a GREAT restaurant. I highly recommend this place. The sushi is outstanding and the staff is great. I am disapointed that they stopped doing Sunday bruch. However, if you want a superb place to eat I highly recommend this place. It's the best and a great value for your dollar!!! Four Stars.

The worst dinning experience I have ever had. It took over 2-1/2 hours from the time we were seated to get our food. The chef was cold along with my rice and vegetables. The manager never even came to appologize. Poor service. I highly DO NOT reccomend wasting your time or money here.

My boyfriend and I moved from Atlanta to Woodstock and most of the restaurants up here are a disappointment! But, at last... we finally found a wonderful little gem to dine at. Atlanta quality w/o the drive or prices! The staff is very accommodating, the food is terrific, the drinks are very generous and prices are great for what you get! We absolutely recommend the "Miyoshi Bomb Roll" and "Soho Chiller" for drinks

The girlfriend and I eat here two to three times a month atleast. It's her favorite place for sushi. We both really love sushi so its great we've found a place that has a lot of variety to try. Everything has been great, the chefs are really nice and the staff is always wonderful.

We took seven 8-year-olds here for my daughter's birthday - the service could not have been more accommodating - Noi was our server and she was great! The sushi was fantastic, and our chef put on a great show for the kids. Good value for the money. The staff sang Happy Birthday with a bongo drum then gave my daughter a set of chopsticks in a little box as a gift. Would definitely recommend, and we will go back for sure!

We are so happy to have a great restaurant in Woodstock! The sushi is as good as in great buckhead restaurants. The owners are wonderful and truly get to know their customers. The make yummy and very generous coctails! Always consistent and very family friendly!

Everytime we dine here we have a great experience. The sushi is fresh, the staff is very friendly (especially Pong), and the place is modern & clean. As a native of Miami, FL, and having a great selection of sushi restaurants, I was skeptical of finding anything comparable in Woodstock. Fortunately, I have found this little gem.

While the waitress and hostess were really friendly, our hibachi service was really slow. We were seated an hour before he arrived at our table. The eggs smelled bad when they were cracked on the grill for fried rice. The fried rice tasted a little bit like charcoal. They cook all the meat in the same place, so each meat shares a little flavor of the meat cooked before it. My chicken teriyaki tasted like the fish that was cooked right before it. We are not going back to this place.

The sushi was great with a playful presentation. I really like the interesting combinations in their special rolls. The hibachi was also very good not at all heavy and greasy like other hibachi I have had elsewhere. My father doesn't like any Chinese, Japanese, Thai sort of food at all and he has been asking when we can go back!

Love this place. Staff is always very friendly and attentive. Hibachi is great and the chef's put on a great show each time. Love Love the sushi and am so happy to have great sushi in Woodstock. Used to have to drive to Decatur for great sushi but now it is 2 miles away. Wonderful place and can not recommend this place enough.
