I have to say that this was one of our family site seeing trips. Monticello offers a unique view into the life and mind of Thomas Jefferson. The kids saw history come alive and were amazed by all they saw.

A visit to Monticello is a window into the life our thrid president. The grounds are exquisite, the architecture amazing, and the opportunity to stand in the room where Mr. Jefferson drew his last breath is remarkable. A definite family favorite for road trips, and a must-see for U.S. history, horticulture, or archcitecture buffs.
