i bought a 350z and asked them point blank about recalls and they said no. The salesman only was concerned with the sell and not me.

I bought a car and the dealer was great. YEAH Of course, he wanted to make a sale. My new car's battery died after a couple months, what the heck? The auto service is horrible- They take forever. I took my car in to get the tires rotated and get an oil change at 11am. I didn't even get my car until the next morning! I was so pissed they gave me a coupon for a free oil change. I don't care if it's free. They take forever. I'm never buying another nissan.

Buying the car was not the problem it was going in to get serviced for something simple as a oil change that was my issue. I made an appointment at 12pm and when I arrived no one would help me. The salesmen would see me and move onto someone else. They asked if they could help me and when I told them I had an appointment for an oil change they moved on. I was finally serviced at 1:30pm! I asked to speak to the manager and he was one of the gentelmen who ignored me to begin with. I was very unhappy with the service and have not returned since.

This dealership tries very hard to get you in and out. They are very busy and know that your time is valuable. I've found them to be responsive and making an effort to offer good customer service. However, they say they can't bring you to work, that Euclid North is too far away, so you need to ask a coworker for help to and from. But if you have a Nissan, there's really nothing closer.

i was buying my first car and sales man was soo eagar to make a sale that he was telling me anything to sign. he told me so many great things about the "woderful" deal i was getting. so i signed. a week later they had my car towed saying I didn't deliver my down payment when i did that very same day i bought the car.. 6,000 dollars!!! when i got my car back 2 days later of fighting with them the salesman and his manager kept calling telling me that they made mistakes that I would need to return the car, i read the right and agreements on the back of the contract to them!!! because they didnt even know what it said! i won my case after 2 months of hassel with them! i traded my car in at a dealership where they really care!

I have bought 2 cars from them. They were really helpful, also with a trade in I did. It's not a fast process, but they make you fell great while you are there.
