the blocks I brought there had to be remachined by another machine shop to be usable.. the line bore was so poorly done and misalinged it almost couldn't be fixed.. the blocks were stock 502's with low hours and no damage( except the hack work done by motorplex) I wanted them to clean and prep the blocks but found metal shavings and dirt inside oil galleys and a backyard hone job.... Don't be fooled like I was by the big shop and nice display they have , they used it to lure unsuspecting people(like me lol) to spend money on worthless and damaging machine work...Run away fast from these con artists before they can damage your property.....your engines will break if they have touched them!!!!!!!

In our case we learned a hard lesson, 2 years, 2 months, and $15,000.00 later we have a pile of parts. The engine dropped a valve at 24 hours and then completely failed at 240 hours. Each failure required removal from the vessel and a trip to his shop followed by weeks of trying to reach him. After 3 more months of trying to resolve the 240 hour failure( I finally just showed up at his shop) , Ron would only agree to cover labor, and not the thousands of dollars in damaged parts. He claimed leaky injectors caused the catastrophic failure even though he said he would have them checked and reconditioned if necessary, that never happened and now he denies having said that (nothing in writing). They will not stand behind their work, they will not give you anything in writing, and they will not return any communications after the check clears. Be warned.
Cost $10,000 - $14,999

I won't go into all the gory details, but Ron had my engine from Sept to April and did not touch it. Repeated calls did no good, so I finally drove over and picked it up. But my crank was missing and it took them another month to get it back. Very disappointed because I referred a lot of business to him and I hope they were not danced around as I was. Obviously, never again. Lies upon lies.

The owner is extremely rude and hard to deal with ,He will tell you one thing and do another. If you dont keep an eye on the work he will try to get by with cutting corners. He will not itemize shop charges for Labor and machine work and when asked for itemized parts list intended to use in an engine build he refused. This is the worst experience we have ever had with this type of work and he got several thousands of dollars from us and did not install parts quoted previously. Before build started.

First you have to deal with Ron Seagul he will lie to your face all day then the work will never get done and if it dose it won't be very good or not at all just some paint and glider. I'll never go these again!
