Office staff are rude, thick-headed liars. I was overcharged and lied to. I'm not easily rattled. But these folks are stunning! After failing to renew my subscription properly and overcharging, the dimwit I spoke to in the office treated me as though it was my fault. I politely asked for a correction on two separate occasions... The third time I called, she had the nerve to essentially say that they already had my money and that I should stop complaining... Powerful Stupid! I asked my CC company to correct the charge. Mountaineer Pest Control then retaliated by removing their equipment; thus, removing their ability to fulfill any part of their contract. Head-Shakingly Brainless...! Their field technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. That's the only positive comment I can give. Sorry for the rant, but I hope it saves you some time, $ and frustration.

Signed a one year contract on july 19. They say the contract is up in october. I asked them to provide me a contract that showed it ending in october. Their reply was that it would be in the mail that night. One week later they said it was mailed yesterday. It has now been three weeks. They won't let you speek to anyone of authority. From this moment on they ARE NOT WELCOME on my property.
