I used this company back on Dec'07. Everything went well until they had to come back to fix a wall damaged during the moving -that could happen to anyone. However I had call them 5 times - one of these I left a message. No answer back, only a "I was not aware of... I need to check w/the owner, I will follow up w/the office... ect" One month later 1/20 I emailed them,no answer.I called today 1/28 (1month and half after the moving)and the owner said he is going out of the business and main office will follow up on complaints!! No apologizies, nothing. How can I reach main office...there is no way, they will contact me!! I did find the email of the main office and forward my original email... let see now what happen

If you want your furniture to arrive in the same condition that it was picked up in, I would not use this company. They dropped my dresser down the stairs and the hand cart left red marks on my carpet. They also dropped the glass in my coffee table and gouged the bottom of it. They didn't even wrap my furniture before moving it until I insisted they do so. I purchased the additional insurance..but you might as well not bother, the owner will try to fix everything himself and tell you that "you need to be reasonable" when you want something fixed. His idea of a "fix" is a bottle of old english which he told us to purchase. He also would not come out to clean my carpet, knowing I had to close on my house 6 days after the move. He said he had up to 30 days to make repairs and was busy. The crew was totally unprofessional. They left water bottles, cigarette butts, and garbage all over my yard. I think they just hired people off the street....that day! A lot of other furniture was damaged (scratched/finish removed) which I ended up repairing myself. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

To this customer (F22RST), please contact our office immediately. I called you the Monday after the job was completed (The move was done on a Friday). At that time you told me that there was no problem that you had cleaned the carpet. You told me that you were going to close on the house in six days. I understood that. You did not give me a chance to fix the problem. We have worked very hard to manage a reputable company and not be labeled as a rogue mover who allows unethical practices. The number of repeat customers and word of mouth referrals will attest to the high level of integrity that we strive to maintain. We take seriously the complaints you have listed; therefore give us a chance to resolve this matter.
