Wow - looks like they've been busy!! I'll add my kudos as well :) We've used USA Moving on our last two moves (our most recent being last month) and they're awesome! They're incredibly fast, super friendly and will amaze you with their strength (seriously). They have pretty creative stacking abilities too :) You definitely don't feel like they're taking their time with your money - and if the building situation is less than ideal (say, oh, the freight elevator is locked down), they'll work around it with no qualms. They do like the packing tape, though - they'll go through quite a few rolls - zipping around and around the furniture. It may seem in excess, but your furniture is definitely protected and it'll make you giggle to watch. Now if I could just pack as quickly as they move ;)

I moved 3 times during my military service, so I'm used to the full-service required to pack-up and move to a new residence. Those guys were armed to the teeth with moving supplies. Sadly, my expectations were not met with regard to the moving services of Movers Norfolk VA. I had a few things left over from a previous move with another company a week prior, so all I needed was to pack-up everything in the kitchen cabinets, picture frames, several boxes in a small storage closet, and a number of electronics. First, they were 15 minutes late. Second, the team "leader" was shocked when I showed him what I needed packed. He was under the impression that they would give me the boxes to pack everything up, then they would put the boxes in the truck. "WHAT?!" They didn't even have scissors or a utility knife to cut the tape; they used their teeth! I had to tell them how I wanted things packed: frames wrapped in bubble then boxed; stemware and dinnerware wrapped in paper then boxed, etc. The first guy just put my PS3 on top of my VCR then placed them into a box without protection! Lastly, I was quoted a good hourly labor rate but the bookee failed to mention about the cost of packing supplies. Looking past these glitches, they packed everything appropriately and got my stuff over to the new house safely. They also didn't charge me for several supplies due to the misunderstanding. Recommended with reservations.

-They hit the low end of the estimate. -They were extremely polite, courteous and professional. -They were careful and efficient with packing and moving. They are very concerned about customer satisfaction and it shows. This is particularly important because a lot of movers think of a customer interaction as a one-time event so they slack off on service once they have you locked in. Movers Norfolk VA seems to care about reviews (like Kudzu) and repeat customers so they are professional through the whole move.

This was, hands-down, the best moving experience I have ever had. They were late arriving at my apartment but called ahead of time to let me know that they were delayed in traffic and as soon as they got there, they started moving! They were quick and not one thing got broken -- which is something of a feat considering most of my furniture is self-assembled Ikea furniture! They were pleasant and entertaining as well ...

At first, I wasn't sure if i should believe the rumors that they actually run up and down the stairs in order to make the move as fast as possible. Then, I saw them stretching out beside the truck, and discussing which items they would "warm up" with before moving onto the bigger items. They were completely polite, careful with our things, and gave us a great price. Not too mention, they weren't too bad on the eyes either...
