Went to Sunshine location and they said my van was too tall so they sent me to Battlefield Store Location. The tech Mason at Battlefield was horrible. He did nothing but complain that Sunshine store owner was an idiot for sending me over to him. He said my van was not too tall for Sunshine location. He only had one person ahead of me but acted like I was really messing up his day by being there. He had an amazingly bad attitude. He tried to up-sell me real hard on synthetic. He refused to do a rotation even though the manager at Sunshine said he could do it there using hand jacks. He didn't clean the windows or vacuum the interior even though he said he did on the receipt. He wrote on the receipt recommend fuel treatment, engine treatment and Fuel injector service. This is a brand new van. He didn't quote a price, didn't use any floor mats or seat covers. I drive 75000 miles a year and get an oil change about once a month somewhere across the USA. This was by far my worst experience ever. My business was surely not appreciated at either location and I therefore will not return.
