Staff members are loud and rude. One verbally assaulted me and my child in the middle of the store before and after a lesson. Corporate HR said that the VP of Music and Arts allegedly felt that this was no big deal and that my child being traumatized was not any of his concern. The teachers are not up to par with others around we have had the pleasure to deal with in other states. These people, in my opinion, only want MONEY$$$$$$$$$. Stear clear if your child is serious about this and if you want to avoid scary confrontations from this unprofessional unkid friendly facility.

I've only been in Music and Arts a few times, usually inquiring about instruments for others. I haven't yet been able to have a question answered by anyone working in the store. I'm always asked to come back at night to speak with someone else who "might know something about that maybe".

Staff sometimes acts like doing you a favor to wait on you. They are local and conveniently located in Peachtree City. They have accesories such as reeds and cases. THey have to send instruments out for repair.

I bought my son's trumpet here. THey were very helpful and let him test all the trumpets in stock. They will price match with makes it easier to lay down the credit card. They had the best price that I could find anywhere!

For guitar players it is a great place to get equipment, everybody who works there knows a lot about guitars. Otherwise if you don't play guitar it's pretty frustrating because no one knows who you are talking about but it is the only option in town.

We have used Music & Arts over the years for band and orchestra instruments, lessons, and service/repairs. Once the store broke the neck on a cello that had to be replaced. The instrument was out of service for more than a month. Music teachers, especially piano teachers, came and went so fast that my children stopped making progress while they took lessons there. It is hit or miss for music and instrument supplies. Some of the full-time employees are great help, but often I wait for a long time only to get no answers.

I frequent Music and Arts because it is close to home. The staff are always helpful and they do a good job at servicing the various musical instruments at a reasonable price. They can order anything you need.

The staff is friendly and makes every effort to help. The repair process is not very easy as they do not have anyone onsite and they wont let you talk to the repair person. The rental program for most instruments is customer friendly.

It seems like everytime I go in to make a purchase, they don't have what I need. My items are common items to the music industry. They are good about ordering, but who wants to wait?
