I keep trying new places and I can find a good place for a pedicure but a good place for fills but not a good place for both. That is what happened at at "My Nail Place" I had a great pedi.. but when it came to the fills, Tammy kept catching my cuticles and as soon as a regular client came in she stopped being concerned with me. She got upset when I told her again the shape of my nails were wrong, she forgot the flowers, she didn't appreciate when I asked her to remove the glue from behind my nails. The total amount was not in keeping with their price list AND then I find out that they put an hold on my credit card for an additional $14.00. When I found that out I called them and was told that they didn't do that and if I disputed the amount I would have to pay LEGAL FEES... My advice is to stay away!!!!!

My wife and a friend went her one evening for a manicure and pedicure. My wife was being helped by an Asian woman, and was satisfied with her manicure, but her friend had concerns about hers. The man who was doing it said, he did not see anything wrong with it, and that she was being unreasonable, he then pushed her hand away pretty foricbly, and when she complained to the manager, the manager said I saw it all, and I don't see anything wrong with it. My wife then asked if this is how they treat all customers, the lady doing her nails said, "if you don't like you can go somewhere else." Now even if my wife's friend was hard to please, like the manager said, why would you even deal with people that think like this?
