We had NHance redo our kitchen cabinets. We ended up with the worst paint job I have ever seen. NHance charged us almost $4,000 for this poor quality. We ended up paying a professional almost $2,000 to correct the mess NHance created. Stay away from this company.

We had NHance do a color change in May. It was blotchy and not all the way to the edges of the boxes. They claimed that shouldn't matter as the doors would hide most of it. Also had dark blobs on a door and box and shelves. In Oct., we had granite counters installed. This exposed an inch of the old color under the counters. This was upsetting as the owner had said it would be best if we let him do the cabinets before the counters were installed. Also by then, oranges blotches had appeared on many of the drawers and doors and the color was peeling and chipping off. For two months, we had these guys back repeatedly, even letting them take several doors and drawers to their shop to sand and refinish. They drug this out throughout the holidays, with us missing doors or drawers on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Everytime they came to our house they either made something worse or created a new problem. They blamed each other or made some ridiculous excuse each time they came out. Many times they didn't call or show up as promised. On the corner of one door, they wanted to just paint it to look like a knot hole! They pulled that door all apart and didnt put it back together properly. We are left with dark blotches on shelves and the side of the pantry. This is an unethical company and the product is junk. We are now left wondering if we will have to strip it all off and start over with someone else.

I am a parent of an autistic child. we are trying to eliminate all chemicals. I chose this for the low toxic and fumes. Remember the service is based on individual people because they are independently own . It is also hard when you have a dog with nails and it scrateches up. However overall I could get my floors looking better without the damage to my child

Stay away from this company - they do a great job of selling their product but they refuse to stand behind their product. It took them 3 days to complete the floors. When they were here I decided to have them do my bar cabinets which took them another week. Initially everything looked great. Unfortunately that only lasted one week when I noticed some "peeling" in small areas. I called the owner of the franchise several times but never received a call back. As the weeks wore on the peeling got worse. I should mention that the peeling was occuring in low to no traffic areas. We cleaned the floors with the product they gave us and it seems just a gentle soft pad was enough to lift the finish. A few weeks later I noticed the cabinets were also beginning to flake. We NEVER use these cabinets. The flaking was also a result of cleaning with a soft cloth using their cleaning product. I finally called the company headquarters and spoke with someone who promised to get back to me. He never did. When I called back they told me the franchisee went out of business and they couldn't do anything about it. $4,500 and my floors look 10 times worse than when I hired them. I am now having my floors and cabinets refinished by someone who knows what they are doing for 1/2 the cost and a 3 year warranty. My advice - find someone else.

We were given an estimate of $3100, which was also in line with another estimate for a similar process by another company. The salesman and also the workers were very polite and up beat. Two men worked for two days on 1000 Sq ft floor. They finished two rooms with plans to come back the next week to finish two more and a hallway. The original plan was too finish the entire project in two days. 24 hours after they left, the two rooms that were finished started to peel, and became very sticky to touch. We had started to move in funrniture which then became stuck to the wet floor. I would rather have had the dust and a traditional sanding job done. This process seems to be more of an extreme buffing with chemicals; they did not deliver as promised. We are in the process of getting additional estimates from hard wood floor specialists.

In just about 3 days, Ron and company took my 19 year old kitchen cabinets from blah to WOW! The N Hance process transformed my tired looking cabinets from a pickled oak to a Dark Cherry finish -- at a fraction of the cost of new cabinets or even refacing. I, my family and my neighbors are amazed at the results. I have had to get Ron and Frank to give me more and more of their business cards, as I just keep handing them out to everyone that comes thru my house. N Hance also refinished my foyer floor, banister and stair treads. We are just as pleased with those results as the kitchen. Trust me, you can't go wrong with Ron and the N Hance team!

I can't wait to show off our beautiful cabinets! Ron, Frank and team sanded and refinished our oak kitchen and bath cabinets with a beautiful cherry stain. Very little mess, no odor and timely. A great investment for our home and to the enjoyment of the kitchen and baths. I am recommending them to our neighbors and to you!

I asked Ron from NHance to quote on cleaning and staining our teak patio table and chairs. He came promptly and provided a very reasonable quote. He and his colleague did an excellent job. I would definitely use NHance again. They are polite, punctual, helpful and provide quality service.

While N Hance tries to appear competitive with sanding, you should know it isn't really equivalent. Instead of "Hardwood floor refinishing, " I think removal and replacement of finish with minimal improvements to the wood itself is a more accurate description. We just wanted to make future potential customers aware that even minor scratches in their hardwood floors will probably not be removed by this process as it does not do ANY sanding. They mention the "no sanding" process, but they don't highlight what you lose through their approach. We had numerous scratches from our dog on our oak floors and they are still there. We had the Nhance rep. look at the work afterwards and he said they were "all in the wood." This was not made clear to us before work began. Had we known in advance that all those scratches would remain we would not have used this method. On the positive side, the method is low odor, and has no solvent odor at any time. If your only issue is with the shine it will probably meet your expectations.

I found N Hance from Kudzu.com and was very happy with the quality of work, professionalism and service provided. They were very pleasant to work with and did a wondful job color matching my staircase rails to our hardwood floor. I highly recommend them for any wood refinishing job. Mark

We had been putting off restoring our 16 year old cabinets due to the fact, most "standard" cabinet repair/build shops had little interest in doing an on site restoration, too much labor time vs the price they could charge to make a profit. We received a referral to N Hance from a friend. Ron was able to complete the kitchen and three bathrooms in two days. Fast, efficient and the cabinets looked great when he finished. This is cost effective option vs. refacing or total replacement. Also, they were very easy to work with and on time each day to start the work.

Ron and his staff did a great job with cleaning and restoring our cabinets back to their original color and gloss. Great price and alternative to getting cabinets completely redone.

Our 18 yr. old cabinets were worn down to the wood in areas of hard use and just too grimey to get clean without getting into the raw wood. Our pickled oak finish cabinets were in need of more than just some cleaning and touch-up paint. Ron and his team from N Hance were recommended by a local paint store when I inquired about what type of paint I should use and how to go about a DIY project to make them look new without refacing/replacing all 34 cabinets + 17 drawers. They did a terrific/professional job. The satin finish really shows off the color and grain of the hardwoods underneath. The 2-day job was finished sooner than expected w/no dust or bad odors. Now the hardest part is deciding if we want to change out the hardward... I'd love for you to come by and see my newly finished cabinets. They look great.

We are very pleased with the results! Our seventeen-year-old cabinets were cleaned and semi-gloss reapplied. They look new! We had a new cabinet and a bar area made and Ron was able to color the raw wood to an exact match. Lawrenceville
