Bought a used Q7 from this dealership. After 4000 miles, I took it in for an oil change and they told me I needed an additional $2700 in service. They obviously didn't do a good job reconditioning the car before they sold it to me. They wouldn't do the repairs at their cost. Horrible customer experience. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership.

My first attempt to complete the purchase of a used car at Audi North Atlanta did not go well. I had negotiated terms via email with the salesperson including the approval management but upon arriving at the dealership it became clear that they were not going to honor the terms of the original agreement. I left frustrated and dissatisfied. The GM at the dealership, Paula McCannon, reached out to me to discuss my poor experience. She promised to make things right and wanted to know what they could do to regain my trust. I decided to give them another opportunity and was very pleased with the result. The transaction went flawlessly and the salesperson went above and beyond. She even gave me a bouquet of roses to take to my wife to make up for the previous inconvenience.

I have found the experience of dealing with Audi North Atlanta to be truly unique in the "car business". I take my Infiniti there for service and am always enthusiastically greeted by their professional, courteous, knowledgeable service team. They take the time to truly listen to my concerns...even when I try to imitate a strange car noise! One thing I'm most impresses with is their honesty regarding what services my car needs. They don't oversell me on services that truly aren't needed at the time (unlike so many other dealerships I've been to over the years). They have always exceeded my expectations by providing honest, prompt, quality customer service!!!

These guys should be written up by the BBB. They told me I had to have brakes RIGHT AWAY - they'd be lucky to save the rotors! I took it to a repair shop I trust. They told me that was garbage - I had 10k miles still on my brakes no problem!!

If I only had a brain, I would have jsut skipped even driving near here. Every horror story you hear about the car business is here in one convenient location. Poor representation of a nice car.

I purchased an Audi A6 there 2 years ago and the service visits were great! While I was there way too much (continued problems with electrical, computer, etc.) the service staff took great care of me and I would recommend them without a doubt. I recently traded that car in for a 2006 A4 and feel totally cheated. The car had a few scratches and I told them I would pick it up after they were repaired. The salesman rushed me to come pick up the car and gave me an IOU for the scratches. He assured me they would be taken care of and that Nalley Audi actually had a sub-contractor that would come out to my office to take care of this. I still cannot believe that I fell for that story. I guess, anything goes to sell a car! I did not hear anything for a month and when I called my salesman, Lawrence Buck, he actually had selective memory and claimed he never said that. I called the sub-contractor and he only works at the dealership. I agreed to bring in my car (one hour trip each way), pick up a loaner and they would repair the scratches. When I picked up my car it looked as if they had colored in the scratch with a black marker. It was not buffed or repainted or anything. I am giving up on getting this issue taken care of just because I don't have enough time and energy to deal with this anymore. I wish I would have checked their complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. I would have never gone there. The term "used car salesman" definitely applies here.

I have been a loyal Jim Ellis customer for years, but had to stop in at Nalley for an emergency. Worst mistake! They were horrible! Complete lack of professionalism. They told me my problem wasn't covered and would cost me $2,500. I took it to Jim Ellis the next day and they fixed it for free! Whatever you do, don't take your Audi to these crooks!

Don't ever take your Audi here! I have owned 3 Audi's, usually service at Jim Ellis, but happened to have an emergency and had to stop at Nalley. Will never do that again. Wost experience ever!

We found a decent deal here for the A4. We took it home and noticed (about 3-4 days later) there was a bit of scuffing in the paint on the bottom of the car. No problem, we called and they ordered a new part, scheduled our car for the replacement panel and took care of the service visit in one day. We've had several different cars (BMW, Honda, VW) and the service from this particular dealer is over the top. The staff is "entertaining" as well... Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

I bought my Audi here and have continued to have it serviced here since 2002, both under warranty and after. Can't say enough good things. Everyone is always friendly, smiling, professional and knowledgeable. They're happy to help if you drive by with a minor problem even without a reservation. It's easy to get a loaner car. They even worked with the manufacturer to get part of an off-warranty repair bill covered for me last year. They've always made my service or repair experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible.

I purchased a vehicle from them a year ago and they continue to provide me with the same professionalism as they did when they were trying to provide me with a new car..they are professional, experience, courteous and always have done exactly as promised..I would never go anywhere else...

Nalley Audi continues to astound me. Not only do they make my car buying experience enjoyable and easy, but the service department steps above and beyond continually outdoing themselves from the previous time before. I will never go to Jim Ellis to buy or service my Audi.

They have always treated me very well here since purchasing my Audi from them in 2004. It is easy to get a service appointment when you need it, and they are great about getting you a loaner if you need one. They take time to fix your car right the first time!

I have received excellent service since purchasing my new car in 2004. I receive service appointments fairly quickly, and the work is usually completed when promised.
