Day 1. Met with salesman on a used Toyota Camry. Saleman introduces me to GM. Test drove car after issue with starting, had to jump charge to get going. Told both, interested in car but would like to have it checked by independent mechanic. "No problem at all", GM stated, "in fact we will even let you take it home and have it check by your own mechanic". "Great" was my reply. Day 2. Arrive at dealership with wife to test drive. Car's hood was up, apparently had to be boosted again, noticed corrosion around battery cables and splattering about. Re-itterated desire to have car checked independently. Salesman confirmed that it would be okay. Day 3. Called salesman ahead to notify my desire to take the car down the street to a local auto repair shop (voted Best in North Fulton). Salesman confirms that it would be just fine. Day 4. After arrangements with the auto center, called salesman with time I'm coming to pick-up car for inspection. Salesman notifies me that he would confirm with his manager. Manager calls back and states, that under no circumstance would he allow "his" cars to leave the dealership for independent inspections. I stated that his policy is apparently not in line with what the GM and salesperson had told me from the first day I came into the dealership. Manager's tone was not professional, I hung-up the phone. Lesson learned. A waste of my time, unprofessional management, lost my trust and respect. Manager, enjoy "your" car!

Do not ever use the service dept here! I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. The work they said would be hours took days. Then they found that they had done it wrong and had to redo their work and had the gall to say that I would have to pay for the mechanic's time to repair their mistake. Moreover, throughout the entire process, I could not get anyone to return my calls, so I went days with no idea when I was going to get my car back. I repeat, do not EVER use the service department of this dealer!

I've been taking my new Jeep Commander to them for a year. Basic services. Nothing tricky. I wait in the lounge where they have wi-fi and phones available. I can work from there with my laptop. I've never needed to wait while they work for more than 2 hours. So far so good. he Service Writer has always been there for our designated appointment. They wash my car exterior and put a paper mat on the floor. They always check for recalls or other "free" service items.

Nalley Jeep at Roswell has the worst service I have ever seen. The sales experience was not so great either, had to wait hours for the finance department. I literally spent the whole day in the dealership! But service is the worst. They don't know their stuff. I brought in my Jeep, which was making a noise and shaking when it shifted up. And it was also time for maintenance. 2-3 days later, I go and get my car and the noise is still there. Did they even look for it, take a test drive??? And the service rep is trying to convince me there is no noise. So we take the car for a drive together and guess what? The noise/shaking is there even before we leave the parking lot. It was just not a good experience for me.

Bought a new Chrysler T&C and was pleasantly surprised at the price, negotiating the trade-in and the follow-ups from the sales team. The service dept. was not as nice, they left greasy fringerprints, a screwdriver and broken bits of plastic on the interior of my vehicle when I came to pick it up. I basically had to put on one piece by myself becuse the guy left as soon as I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I agree with the other reviews- the customer definitely comes last at Nalley service dept.

I wish Troncalli never sold this dealership to Nalley. I bought my 1999 Chrysler T&C Limited from Troncalli and brought my van to them for all services. Troncalli was exceptional. After Nalley bought the dealership I took my van to them and have never been pleased. I have had to bring my van back after maintenance by Nalley on more than one occasion. I promised I would never bring my van back to them after a bad experience with there service. After 2-years I made the mistake of bringing my van back to them for transmission service, plug and wire replacement, radiator flushing, and L.O.F. Cost me over $850. Three days after picking my van up my transmission went out (just coincidence). They wanted over $3,300 to rebuild my transmission (van had 165,000 on odometer). I had the trans re-built at United in downtown Atlanta for $2,100. Now less than 3,000 miles later my Service Engine Soon light is on. My local Chevron daeler said my #6 plug or wire is mis-firing (the one which requires lifting the engine to replace). So now I have to go back to Nalley to have them fix my van under their warranty. I will never recommend or use Nalley again.

This dealership gave me what I wanted for my trade in. No haggling. Discounted the new car I purchased and gave me competitive financing. I would diffinitely recommend to friends.

I went here to get a Jeep. They knew it. They ripped me off. I couldn't get them to give me less than $1000.00 down and $500.00/month for 72 months! I'm paying nearly double with interest what the damn thing is worth! I would never recommend, to anyone, Nalley Roswell Jeep & Eagle. I have in the past told my friends what happened to me and they'll never give their business to them ina million years! Like I said: "Worst Deal Ever!"

I have been rather pleased with the one sales experience I had here and the service trips have been very positive as well. Waiting room is great for service.

We bought a brand new Jeep from Nalley and have had a few problems with it. Having some problems with a 2 month old Jeep is extremely frusturating and we do not feel good about our purchase lately. I was surprised that the service folks weren't as concerned/emphathetic. They just said they would fix whatever needed to be fixed and I felt they were rushing to get me out of there. I wanted more assurance that I made a good purchase despite the problems and some solutions offered from them about if problems continue. I didn't get that.

My experience with Nalley has been nothing but problems from the beggining till now. From the first day of the sale, up to now getting the vehicle sercived I have had nothing but problems. No customer service what so ever. The only thing they care about is getting your money, once that is done, they could care less about you. And since they are a big company they don't feel like one person can make a difference to them.

I have used Nalley a few times to service our Town & Country. Every time I walk out of there I feel like I'm not getting a straight answer. I would not recommend them.
