Day 1. Met with salesman on a used Toyota Camry. Saleman introduces me to GM. Test drove car after issue with starting, had to jump charge to get going. Told both, interested in car but would like to have it checked by independent mechanic. "No problem at all", GM stated, "in fact we will even let you take it home and have it check by your own mechanic". "Great" was my reply. Day 2. Arrive at dealership with wife to test drive. Car's hood was up, apparently had to be boosted again, noticed corrosion around battery cables and splattering about. Re-itterated desire to have car checked independently. Salesman confirmed that it would be okay. Day 3. Called salesman ahead to notify my desire to take the car down the street to a local auto repair shop (voted Best in North Fulton). Salesman confirms that it would be just fine. Day 4. After arrangements with the auto center, called salesman with time I'm coming to pick-up car for inspection. Salesman notifies me that he would confirm with his manager. Manager calls back and states, that under no circumstance would he allow "his" cars to leave the dealership for independent inspections. I stated that his policy is apparently not in line with what the GM and salesperson had told me from the first day I came into the dealership. Manager's tone was not professional, I hung-up the phone. Lesson learned. A waste of my time, unprofessional management, lost my trust and respect. Manager, enjoy "your" car!

Do not ever use the service dept here! I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. The work they said would be hours took days. Then they found that they had done it wrong and had to redo their work and had the gall to say that I would have to pay for the mechanic's time to repair their mistake. Moreover, throughout the entire process, I could not get anyone to return my calls, so I went days with no idea when I was going to get my car back. I repeat, do not EVER use the service department of this dealer!

I've been taking my new Jeep Commander to them for a year. Basic services. Nothing tricky. I wait in the lounge where they have wi-fi and phones available. I can work from there with my laptop. I've never needed to wait while they work for more than 2 hours. So far so good. he Service Writer has always been there for our designated appointment. They wash my car exterior and put a paper mat on the floor. They always check for recalls or other "free" service items.

Nalley Jeep at Roswell has the worst service I have ever seen. The sales experience was not so great either, had to wait hours for the finance department. I literally spent the whole day in the dealership! But service is the worst. They don't know their stuff. I brought in my Jeep, which was making a noise and shaking when it shifted up. And it was also time for maintenance. 2-3 days later, I go and get my car and the noise is still there. Did they even look for it, take a test drive??? And the service rep is trying to convince me there is no noise. So we take the car for a drive together and guess what? The noise/shaking is there even before we leave the parking lot. It was just not a good experience for me.

Bought a new Chrysler T&C and was pleasantly surprised at the price, negotiating the trade-in and the follow-ups from the sales team. The service dept. was not as nice, they left greasy fringerprints, a screwdriver and broken bits of plastic on the interior of my vehicle when I came to pick it up. I basically had to put on one piece by myself becuse the guy left as soon as I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I agree with the other reviews- the customer definitely comes last at Nalley service dept.
