This dealer went of their way to treat us with the utmost contempt after purchasing a vehicle that we paid cash for, we waited 2-months to get our tags and title. We still have no tags and when trying to resolve the issue ourselves, we were met with threats and intimidation. We are calling the Governors office of consumer affairs in the morning and are considering immediate legal action against these Bozos.

After waiting six hours, they incompetently made multiple errors and I was surprised at the DMV with a difference in sales tax after articulating clearly my home state and information. The DMV informed me that this was a "typical dealer trick". Wow. Don't buy from Nalley unless you plan on inconvenience. When I brought the matter to a Manager he was rude and said he wasn't going to do ANYTHING about THEIR ERROR. Wow. Is this the Lexus experience? Go elsewhere for any vehicle.

My friend warned me not to take my new Lexus to the Nalley Roswell location because they had forgotten about her two times before when she took her car in for service there. Because it is located so close to my home, I decided to give it a try. Ironically enough, my advisor was MIA for my appointment when I arrived to the facility and then the person who was supposed to help me in his place forgot about me. The poor service doesn't just stop there, it also carries over to the sales side. When I had gone in there initially to purchase my new car, their sales center treated me as though it was a honor for me to be allowed to shop there. Our advisor had gone home for the day & wasn't available for our appointment. The front desk staff that should have welcomed us was completely ignorant of the fact that we had an appointment. They made us wait over 30 minutes for a test drive. The sales people were then very pushy in their follow up calls & emails. Next time, I will take my friend's advice & drive all of the way out to the Lexus dealership in Norcross to get my car serviced & purchase a new car in the future (if I decide to go that route). The only nice person at this location was the coffee barista. He was extremely focused on providing excellent customer service. He seriously needs to be promoted into a management position there to teach their team what it means to give quality service.

It's been 60 days since I purchased my Lexus from Nalley Lexus of Roswell and they have not delivered on any of the promises or "to dos." I do not have my new car tag yet and I do not have any of the other follow up items they promised. Very disappointed overall. The car is amazing but the "service after the sale" is missing! Next time, it's Hennessey Lexus for me.

My wife and I bought two Quality Lexus(s) within the last 10 days and we both experienced the best two hours each we have ever been involved with buying a car. My wife bought first with sales consultant Cynthia Parms. She was extremely friendly, helpful and very professional in closing the deal. A week later she did the same for me. I like to "dicker" and I did. She was,as before right there keeping her friendy professional demeaor while keeping me in line. She sold me!! We, my wife and I never met an employee there that didn't have a smile on their face and went out of their way to ask if they could help us as we finished our purchases. We will buy our next Lexus(s) there if we ever need to leave ours we now drive!

I have been using Nalley to service my car for the last 9 years although I purchased my cars for Hennessey. This time I bought my New ES 350 from Jim Roberts. He did a great job and Chris and Clay made my experience perfect. I strongly recommend you to check them out. As far as service pick Brandy. She is terrific.

Nally Lexus was a pleasure to work with when buying two new vehicles. Go see Larry Guarcello. He is a fantastic salesman who is not high pressure. He takes plenty of time with you and will make sure he informes you on all the features of the vehicles they have. You will love working with the dealership but with Larry G. in particular. We have never had a better experience when buying vehicles.

We were trying to buy AWD vehicle since the car would be driven mainly snowy area in different state. However AWD was really hard to get here in GA; thus, we even opted for traveling to some northern states and drive back. Unlike many others who just said "call me back when you want RWD instead", this dealer was eager to help. Though we lost some bargain power, I think we have gotten so-so okay deal not to mention that dealer took care of shipping cost. Mr. Hong was very professional and courteous through out the buying process. He even came to our house which is +20miles just to pick us up when the vehicle was shipped and ready for pickup. We were impressed and would highly recommend this dealer and dealership.

We went into the dealership not planning to purchase a car. We found exactly the car we wanted at a very fair price - so we went home with it! George Adeosun was extremely knowledgable about the RX and made the purchasing experience the easiest we've ever had - in and out in a car in 2.5 hours!

Although I made it very clear to the dealership that I did NOT need any information regarding financing a vehicle through them as I didn't need their financing, twice they told me that it was necessary for them to run a credit check. (A credit check is not needed if you are paying cash.) The first time I refused and was told that it was required as a part of the "Patriot Act". I called my bank up immediately and they said that was false. The second time the company tried to run my credit without my authorization is when I went in the back to "finalize" my deal. The loan officer said that I would be required to fill out a "5-line VFC" or "OFC" (can't remember exactly) as part of my transaction. He said this would involve a credit check. I refused and was told, "this is part of Georgia law". He later came back and said they could bypass it "this time". These salespeople were very untruthful and deceptive. They clearly were trying to swindle me into financing my vehicle through them and were very shady.

Why would you have an inquiry link on your website if your so called "internet specialist" (Kristen Peek in this case) does not even care to reply. Not just that, no response to voicemail either. Suppose I will glady go elsewhere where professionalism and my business is valued.

Service manager Blake McCormack went the extra mile to give me 100% satisfaction with an oil sludge problem even though I had purchased my used vehicle elsewhere. He was courteous, helpful and extremely professional, as was service consultant Aaron Vuu. I am a customer for life. Love Nalley Lexus-Roswell. Thanks guys!

Bob Hamilton was extremely paitent working with us on numerous visits and phone calls during our search for the right car at the right price. Bob came through with the best deal for us and maintained a high degree of professionalism throughout the sales process.
