I have been taking my family to this company when it was Naston now great expressions name change worst service. I use to like going there they get you in and out in a timely manner not any more the name Change meant bad service the prices went up the staff is rude and the dentist don't seem to have any time for you. The quality of service is poor so now I will not take my family there anymore after 8 years, looking for anything better at this point.

EVERY TIME we go to this dentist it is a 1 hour wait AFTER her scheduled appt. Needless to say, EVERY TIME I take my child they come up with ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS with her teeth...keep in mind she is 6 yr old! SICK of THIS PLACE and I will be transferring her to another dental practice!!!!!!!

My daughter has been going to this location since she was 4 years old, now she is almost 10. She had to have some pretty extensive dental work done but it was done professionally, painfree and with a whole lot of care! The staff is amazing and they are always so happy to answer questions and help you out! The wait time is short and they try to get you in and out quickly, while maintaining a great dental experience! Overall, a wonderful place, and my daughter will continue to go there until she reaches their age limit!

They charged me $1800 ABOVE my insurance, what? I was told I didnt have to pay more than my co-pay, my daughter had 5 cavities which needed caps.. they told me that they would drill the cavities out then put caps on and her teeth will be fine, only if she doesnt keep care of them she can get an infection or cavity near the gum. No infection, no cavity, we took extra care of her teeth. 2 years later her mouth swelled up like a softball and I took her to the dentist and after the xrays we discovered that ALL of the teeth inside the caps had rotted from the INSIDE OUT!!!! her teeth fell out!!!! When I called them they told me that if she didnt care for her teeth that she could have gotton a cavity on the outside near the gum.... that never happened, THEY ROTTED FROM THE INSIDE OUT! The dentist I took her to said they must have never removed the cavities properly.... $1800 cost me $3000 later in emergency surgery! They SUCK!

Nanston staff is very rude in person and on phone.I have two dental insurance and I always ask what need to be done how much insurance will cover? and what is my responsibility? they always says 'YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY ANY THING YOUR INSURANCE WILL TAKECARE OF IT" Itold them i cannot pay any extra money then my copay.they said no just pay copay.I trusted them they did some medical procedure on my one of the kid and they are taking me to COURT FOR $700.00, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF PLEASE DON'T GO THERE.THEY MAKE SO MUCH MONEY FROM MY BOUTH INSURANCE AND NOW THEY ARE TAKING ME TO COURT FOR THEIR MISTAKE, I HIRED A LAWYER TOO I have lots of proff and people can support me their wron doing. can't wait till go to court and shaw them how bad their staff and service is and they are just money hungrey people.I am going to court in april 2011 I will post out coming I am also trying get chanal 11 live news to involve in this one too. hope fully whole atlanta will know.please don't go to nanston dental.

While the doctor Is attending to you, the insurance person is finding ways to build you for services that is not covered by your insurance.Do not go to any of Nanston Location.

EXTORTION AND RIP OFF Had been using them for yrs, they made a lot of money off me. Jan 2010 had exam told 2 small pockets on upper left rear of mouth. Since then they clean my teeth and gave me two crowns. August 31st, I went in for a routine cleaning was refused the cleanng because I chose not to see the periodontists (more expensive treatment) this is the 2nd time they have done this to me. The first time I was coerced (they refused clean my teeth, so I gave in. This time I did not and am filing a complaint with the Dental Board. They extort, coerce their patients, and misdiagnose. I need legal counsel, Does anyone know a good lawer???. We need a class action suit. The billing department is dishonest and RUDE. I have complained several times about them holding on to my credit due to me. I believe by law they have 90 days to return overpayments, but they do not. They hold on to any refunds they owe you and apply it to your next visit. What if you don't go back. They held my money for over 6 months and I had to ask for it. When I complained they got Rude and told me it was not their policy to return money unless it was substantial. If you owed them money they would take you to a collection agency

I was a little fearful of getting gum surgery at age 62. The office guided me through all aspects of the procedure and had confirmation verified with my insurance company. Dr. Ash Kukreja is the Best Personable, Knowledgable and Friendly Professional Dentist and I have seen many over my lifetime. I had gum surgey on 3 areas in my mouth with very little pain. He and his assistant were amazingly gentle and caring. I rate this group A+++ Jan Thornton

This is one of those businesses that you get a bad feeling about just walking through the door. They are fanatics about constant x-rays whether it is the appropriate time or not. They are very vague about the procedures that they want to do on your children and act like you are the scum of the earth if you dare ask a question about the above mentioned procedure. They also refuse to let parents go back with the child no matter what the reason. I believe they are trained to make you feel like a terrible human being if you question anything they are doing. This place should be avoided at all costs. Speaking of costs they tried to charge $700.00 to fix a retainer when all other places charge maximum $170.00!

New to the area, I sought a dentist with comprehensive services in my employers insurance network. The Douglasville office was quick to respond to my inquiries and they keep timely appointments. I have quite a bit of work to be done, consisting of several crowns, implants, etc. The plan seemed reasonable and we proceeded. Long story short: temporary crowns never stay on longer than a day; a bridge that was constructed broke; today, one of three permanent crowns has been returned to the fabricator; I have been home for 20 minutes and the temporary crown has already fallen off (no lunch yet...). Granted, when I previously met with the corporate representative, she attempted to make it right, but I have deep concerns regarding the quality of staff. I have (hopefully only) two more visits for work in progress. My search for a competent care giver continues...

Went in for a simple cleaning but they wanted to do a lot of extra things they say I needed. Funny, I never had problems before with my previous dentist; I guess these just suddenly and conveniently arose. When I told them I would pass on the extras and just wanted the cleaning, they refused to treat me. They remind me of a car service garage where you go to have a simple oil change but they try to pressure you into extra service that they allegedly find. At least there you have a choice.

Hi Superdad, As dental professionals, it is our responsibility to diagnose and prescribe treatment for you. Sometimes we find that we cannot provide a treatment that a patient would like to receive because there is another condition that could possibly cause complications. For example: If a patient visits our office for a cleaning, and we find an infection in their gums (periodontal/"gum" disease), at that point we cannot safely give you a routine teeth cleaning. When someone has gum disease, it is an infection in their gums. We need to treat the infection first, and then proceed with their routine cleaning. Ultimately, if that patient refuses to treat the infection, we will not proceed with any further treatment and advise the patient to seek dental services with another provider.
Fast and Money Hungry!!! They do not see patients they see dollar signs!! They have a pediatric side for little ones and refuse the parents back their too...even if your child is fearful- I dont think so..I think my insurance covers an extra chair for me as the paying parent to sit in,Oh do you know why they didnt want me to sit back there- the dental hygentist WAS"NT wearing her mask had a cold,AND was dripping snot and my 4 yr son had to ask her "if she needed a tissue" -How un-sanitary- we have got to be breaking a health code- she tried to explain she "just had a little cold" if she had a mask on we would not have known- The front office thought I was overreacting -cause I didnt want her to finish our visit- This was our last visit at Nasty Nanston! Sorry Kids ,They did like the TV,games, and Pretty Fishs on the walls,but , Thank God I was there Right with my Baby too!!To see behind the scences....

First note-- the address is incorrect on here, they have moved to Highway 5 in Douglasville. I really don't know why I am still going to this dentist, except they are close and on my dental insurance. The dental hygenists do seem to get my teeth clean. The dentists do seem to be able to read x-rays and fill in cavities. But they never give you a clean bill of health, they always need to see you in 1 to 3 months. I've never had dental problems in my life.. never had a cavity until I was 25. Something seems awfully greedy about this place.

This location is now in Douglasville. I have been with this group for 20 years and really like the service. The central booking service is cumbersome. Overall a great group. Dr. Hall is the best.
