I wish I had known about all the negative reviews prior to signing up my child and myself to this practice. I too was told that I needed a deep cleaning and also had a crown done that has since fallen off in less than 1 year. On numerous occassions, the billing has been incorrect and I have had to request full audits of my account and wait weeks to be refunded. I never could understand why my child and I are listed as one account, instead of them having their own account. Balances get intermingled, it becomes a challenge to find out which cost has not been reimbursed or which one was overcharged. I always feel like we are just being shuttled in and out without any true concern. We have seen multiple doctors, whoever just happens to be in at the time. The new management, "Great Expressions", is a complete joke. You dial what you think is a number directly to the office but you end up waiting on hold for up to 20 mins just to make an appointment or reschedule by phone. In the background, you can hear all the other "representatives" on their phone calls with other customers, repeating individuals' confidential information. Other than some of the front desk ladies who have been rather nice on most occassions, my time with this company had been a complete disappointment. Unfortunately, my child is still undergoing orthodontic treatment so we are stuck on that. Even though I hate switching doctors, for regular dentistry, we are outta here!!!

My wife has been using these guys for a couple of years. I dedided to try it. Really felt like I was being pushed into having unnecessary treatments done. Dentist Ryan Swindleman was extremely arrogant, and didn't even try to explain much of anything that he said I needed. I wouldn't even think about going to see these guys again, and I will encourage my wife to find someone better. What a waste of time.

So I went here and didnt 'die' or anything. Buuut, I needed four wisdom teeth extracted and it was a NIGHTMARE dealing with billing, appointment schedulers and their new management 'Great Expressions' more like "Mean disorganized expressions'!!! They booked my first appointment at 3:30. I got there at 3:15 to be told the Oral surgeon was leaving for an appointment he has at 4pm with someone else! No curtesy to tell me this nonesense before I drove an hour out of my way to a different office not near my home in traffic and with severe dental pain. Ok so I had to drive back in pain for another hour and waste more gas. WTH. So Like a desperate idiot...I came back the following day for my consult to be faced by a bunch of unsmiling rude admins. The whole atmosphere it seems is more profit driven than care driven. They refused to let me get my surgery done until I paid in full! For high dental bills 'old' nanston usually allows you to break up payments for convenience. Apparently I needed to have been a pyschic and materialize that info on my own while in pain nonetheless. So the admin was rude once more denying any wrongdoing or lack of proper information. Made me late for my surgery and stressed me out before my treatment. What a way to make a PAYING patient with insurance feel before major surgery!!! I have to say, the dentist and hygenist were pleasant enough. If I were them, I'd find new staff AND new management as most of your time will be spent dealing with them!!

We have same experience with dentists too. My wife tooth did not have any problems and they said that her tooth has problem and need to work on but when they worked on it, it did not do it right now. Now she has to go to back to her old dentist for them to fix. NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Dr. Williams has always been my dentist as well as my families. She is an awesome dentist. I have had to wait long periods of time, but they are always busy. Dr. Williams is moving to their North Fulton location, but I will probably remain a patient with Nanston. The billing department needs alot of work. They cannot get the billing to the insurance right.

Dear DebThomas01, Thanks for your kind review and feedback. Dr. Kim Williams is a talented dentist, and it is a pleasure to have her lead our team at our Roswell Office. Please let us know how we can serve you in the future. Thanks again!
I had a Monday appointment with Dr. Andu in the morning and they made me wait 3 whole hours in the room! Apparently she was the only dentist every Mondays. The hygenist had to "rescue" me by doing my cleaning first instead of after my filling. She was brutal! I have a high tolerance for pain but this was ridiculous. She said that she can't just stop cleaning my teeth just because I couldn't handle the pain. Rude! She was also looking around often while working on my teeth! After that, they made me wait for another 45 min just to be seen by Dr. Andu. But when she finally worked on my tooth, she drilled so fast that I thought she was a construction worker with a jack hammer or something. She drilled a very large whole, almost depleting the top of my tooth, for a cavity that was just on the side. And to top it off, she drilled the tooth next to it, and i didn't even ask for it! So instead of paying for just one filling, I had to pay for two! And she just spent 30 mins working on my teeth! So in total, I was in that office for 4 1/2 hours! I will never ever come back to that office again!

I've been to some great dentists and Nanston is not one of them. They wanted to do a root canal on a tooth that didn't need one (confirmed by a specialist), when getting fitted for a crown the dentist drilled under my tongue SEVERAL TIMES and never even numbed the area before drilling. When I screamed in pain, she told me it was my fault for moving my tongue and offered no apology. How could I move it? She had my tongue pushed to the side of my mouth. I've had oral surgery that didn't hurt that bad. I would not recommend them to anyone. Find a better dentist. It won't be hard to do.
