I have bought several products from them for over 25 years. I have never had a problem. If something wasn't as I expect they worked with me but that was rare. I moved 25 miles over that time period got a new asthma doctor who also recommend this company. I. don't know what I would do if they weren't there because I so sensitive to. smell. I just got an order in the mail and everything was in a plastic bag and then bubbled wrapped. The box was dented but nothing was broken. They are one of the best companies I have ever used.

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING PURCHASING ALLERGY COVERS FOR BOX SPRINGS, PLEASE BE AWARE and visit this link: http://web. bsu.edu/IEN/ archives/2005/ 081205.htm. (Dr. Thad Godish is professor of Natural Resources and Environmental Management at Ball State University.) I have mold on the bottom of my mattress from box spring encasements I bought from National Allergy Supply, Inc. The encasements trapped moisture from our bed (we all sweat at night--not a spill) between it and the box springs. We flipped the bed for the first time last week and saw mold all over the mattress in a pattern of body impressions! The mold is not removable. We will have to buy a new, latex, replacement mattress and box spring at a cost of $3300. National Allergy Supply denies any liability for this mold, even though their product clearly caused it.
