I went for a signature manicure/pedicure. I wanted to have something a little more deluxe since it was my birthday. The spa has a wonderful atmosphere and the front desk girl was lovely! (they also have great products). I have to say I was so disappointed with my manicure and pedicure. The girl did my manicure in 15 min (maybe a little less) and my pedicure, well, I sat there with my feet in the water soaking while she disappeared for 17 minutes. When she came back the pedicure was so less than average. It was very disappointing especially for the amount of money I paid. I would NOT go back there for either. I would however like to give their massage and facial a try as it really does seem like a nice spa.

You really feel calmer as soon as you walk in the door. They do a great job with the spa atmosphere. I've had many massages here over the years, and almost all were really good. Once in a while you get a dud, but those therapists don't seem to last. I think their cancellation policies are a bit draconian, however, and that's why I dinged them on the "value." This is still my favorite day spa, though.

This location has such a tranquil, calm atmosphere. You feel relaxed the second you walk into the door. I've always had great service here too and it's SO MUCH better than Spa Sydell (where they make you feel like a number, not a customer).

I really wanted to like this spa b/c it was close to my home and reasonably priced. My first two visits were fine, but on my third, there was a problem. I was scheduled for a brow wax, but I was running late due to an unavoidable work delay. I showed up 13 minutes late and was told that I had to reschedule. They said that the appointment slot was only 15 minutes, the next appointment was for 45 minutes and they didn't want to keep her waiting b/c i was late. While I know it was my fault that I was late, I have been to many other spas around town that were willing to work with you if you ocassionally ran late. I volunteered to see someone else, but was told everyone was booked. (the place was empty). A brow wax only takes 5 minutes, so i dont see that the next appointment would be too inconvenienced. Frankly, since it was an evening appointment, I got the feeling the staff was more interested in leaving on time than in accomodating their customers. Given how unpredictable life and Atlanta traffic are, everyone will be late sometimes. Who needs a spa that can't be understanding about that? I won't go back here.

We are sorry this customer was not satisfied with our inability to accomodate her given that she was 13 minutes late for an appointment that was slotted for 15 minutes. We try to accomodate late arrivals but cannot do so if it means pushing a subsequent appointment back in order to be fair to other clients. If another technician were available to take this client, we would have moved the appointment to that technnicians schedule.
I had a pedicure here and it was the best I ever had, you lean back in special chair instead of balancing your leg on someone's knee (do they not know this is not relaxing) anyhow, wonderful relaxing music and my toes looked like little jewels

This is another great spa place. I have actually only been there once but it was a wonderful experience. They served me tea and fresh strawberries while waiting. The massage therapist was very good. She made me feel very comfortable. All together it was a very calming and nurturing experience. I have already booked her for another appointment in 3 weeks.

I absolutely hated my full body massage. My female technician was way too frisky and I came out of the massage more tense than I was when I went in. What a waste of $80 and 60 minutes! Service was also terrible -- receptionists were gabbing away and the atmosphere was far from relaxing.

Natural Body has several location, but by far this one has the nicest, most "natural" people working there. It is unrushed and not pretentious - if you're a "natural" kind of person, you'll like these people a lot - very quality products and services.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Genuine staff that isn't rushing to get you out the door. I have been there for several massages and manicures and prefer Natural Body to Spa Sydell.
