I get a massage and a facial 4 times a year, and I've been to NB 3 times. Not a bad place for men, and I felt very welcome while I was there. There wasn't a discount for the package, which I thought was a bit odd. But, that is a mild complaint, as the staff was very pleasant and very good. I also think the facials could be a little more "man friendly," but I'm not enough of an expert to know. Bottom line is I felt like a million bucks when I left. I would recommend to friends any day. I particularly liked the location in Smyrna at E/W Connector and Atlanta road.

I've been going to Natural Body Spa for years. It is the best spa in Atlanta. My favorite service is the hot stone massage. It's the best ever. It is so relaxing and very different from the regular massage (which I love too).

I went there to buy a gift certificate for a friend and for a service. The service was OK--nothing spectacular. When buying the gift certificate, the staff was quite rude. I will not go back to this location. I have been to other locations that were much better.

The massage therapist was wonderful. Exactly what the dr. ordered - she made sure to provide a safe and relaxing setting while at the same time, massaging my stress away!

I have experience the Vinings and Buckhead locations, and I prefer the Vinings location. I have had eye brow waxing and have had three good ones and a bad one. My pedicure at Vinings was GREAT! At Buckhead, she left out some steps (the massage!), essentially she gave me the cheaper pedicure and they tried to charge me for the Spa pedicure. Also, I could hear all the traffic on Peachtree the entire time (not very relaxing).

This was a nice day spa but not luxurious. I had to wait in a waiting area between treatments which took away from the experience. I think it is more reasonably priced than other spas around Atl., and is a good value.
