I had a very poor experience on a large cross-country move. The sales person greatly underestimated space and time needed resulting in unnecessary damage. He stated the movers were all company employees and they were NOT, just whoever the driver could hire for the day. Late morning arrivals both loading days was not what NetMove promises IN WRITING resulting in packing until 9pm and damage. Wheaton and NetMove blamed each other for some of the problems. Perhaps they excel at local, small moves but don't seem to have the expertise for large moves covering much distance. It took over 2 weeks for the overflow load to catch up and contained area rugs, kitchen table, etc. that were needed immediately.

These guys bragged about being the mover for the Atlanta Falcons and THE firm we should want to move our most valuable furniture. Turns out they shopped the work out to somebody else who damaged a ton of our furniture including most of the high value furniture we explicitly listed, expecting it to get extra care. Now that the damage is done we filed a claim with Wheaton and have not heard a peep out of NetMove. If this is how they treat the Falcons, it's a wonder they have sufficient equipment to suit up each week.

I was referred to NetMove by 2 different people. At first, I was going to go with another company, but decided on NetMove based on my mutual friends' referrals. Both had nice things to say so we moved with them. It was so smooth, that it really blew my mind. I was not expecting such wonderful service since I heard so many bad things about moving companies. They gave a guaranteed price, and they even packed some boxes(our fault for not being ready), and they didn't charge me for them. Thanks Netmove, I will pass your name along to anyone I know moving.

The office and guys were very helpful in helping me and my family move to Cumming, Ga. They arrived on time, and the workers never stopped. They were worth every penny. Thanks for a great move.

I recieved a binding price for my move and the guys did a great job. We were moving into our brand new home and they covered all floors and protected furniture very carefully. I was very pleased with their services. I already told my realtor about them.

My wife and I moved to Florida from Marietta, Ga. and it went off without a hitch. They guys showed up on time as expected, and arrived on exact day (2 days later) as planned. The price was exactly as was quoted, and they did not charge a penny more. No damage to any of the furniture. They live up to their name and reputation. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I had quite a few Atlanta movers visit me prior to our move date. I would not consider using any Atlanta moving company who would not give me an in home estimate. From the time the estimator came out, to the end of our move I could not have been more pleased. The men were totally professional from beginning to end. This is probably the only move I have ever had that did not have any damage. If you are looking for quality service at an affordable rate, Netmove is certainly an Atlanta mover I would highly recommend.

I was an Army brat and have moved over 18 times in my life. Most moves had at least some issues. Netmove was the only company I have ever used where everything went perfect. An estimator came to my home and gave me a guaranteed price which they honored. They are a hard bunch of workers. I highly recommend them.

We thought this moving company was going to be great. Greg was very personable, and even promised our son a signed Falcon's picture (but we never got that). Our move team was super, and took good care of our belongings. The real disappointment came the day before our move. We had an item that was at another location that was to be moved with the rest of the items. The night before, Greg called and said it would be "better" for them to move that item the following week. However, we found out that he was going to hire some "friends" to move it and we would not be covered for damages by our contract. We think he messed up and misquoted us and was trying to cover himself by hiring people off the street to do the job for cheaper. Needless to say we told him "no thanks" and now we are stuck with having to spend more to move the item independently. We cannot recommend this company because I don't think what they did was at all professional.

We recently moved a short distance and selected Netmove after extensive research and recommendation from our realtor. Netmove definitely delivered on their promises of being on time, no surprises on the cost, and that our furniture would be handled with kid-gloves. They were very professional and efficient and our furniture incurred no damages. I can certainly recommend them and would use them again if the need arises.

We moved from Atlanta to Alabama and we hired netmove based on a friend's recommendation. They were very easy to work with and very fast - they arrived bright and early the next day in Alabama and had our items out of the truck just as quick as they went in. No broken items, night and day compared to the last movers we hired. The company president was there for both moves, working with his guys! Are the movers are their employees and paid by the day not hourly, so they work hard and do a great job! Keep up the good work.

They damaged several items, unpacked some things I had in boxes and lost pieces and scratcehd some of my furniture. Whne I called to complain they told me they would bring out the workers to explain why they had done such stuff. It wasnt my job to yell at them. It was the companys job to get it fixed, wouldnt use them again. They do not care about good service, only getting their money.

Netmove made our move so easy! An estimator came to our house and gave us a reasonable guaranteed price. Two weeks later we had to cancel. When we called back 4 months later, Netmove honored our original price. The movers were scheduled to come between 8-9 and came at 8:00 on the dot. Three men came and had the truck loaded in 4 hours. There was NO damage to our house or belongings and the movers were very professional. They stored our furniture for a week and the move in to our new house was just as smooth; no damage. As it turned out, we had more to move than originally estimated but they still honored our 4 month old price. I'd recommend them to anyone!

They did an OK job with my move but they weren't too organized. They had to make 2 trips because they didn't bring enough blankets to wrap all the furniture. They wanted to stop wrapping the furniture which was not acceptable to me. The move took much longer than necessary because of this. The movers scratched the stair handrail in my brand new house. When I called, they said someone would contact me to come and fix it. I've never heard from anyone. I've called 5 or 6 times and still have not had any resolution to this issue. My recommendation would be to withold payment until all damage is fixed.

When my wife and I decided to move, we were terrified of movers because of all of the horror stories. After getting a referral from a friend, we decided to go with NetMove. They gave us a competitive price, arrived early for the move and did a great job. The foreman offered to move several items that were not on the list. They wrap your furniture up very good and are very careful. I highly recommend them.
