The NextArts Events Services team was a huge part in making our wedding reception truly magical! When you walked into the room it had a feel of a Hollywood movie scene. Our guests did not want the night to come to an end and were taking pictures of the decor the whole evening. Everything was glowing and all the special lighting lit up the room and enhanced everything from the flowers to the wedding cake. Never knew having custom lighting would transform a room like it did and we are so glad we invested the money! NextArts was able to do something that other companies told me couldn't be done. They also were able to give us our lighting at an amazing price compared to what other companies were going to charge for a much worse set up. Not a bad thing to say here. The NextArts team was always very helpful when talking on the phone and coming up with the design. Great vendor! I would strongly suggest the guys at NextArts to everyone!!!!

Great company! Great Work! Great group of guys! I had a wonderful experience with NextArts. I found these guys whilst searching for a place to rent audio and speaker equipment from for a corporate engagement. A quick google search took me to www.nextarts.org, where I was able to view many pictures and easily ascertain the gear that was needed. I did a follow up on some of their social media including their facebook page which is Facebook.com/Nextarts and was pleasantly surprised by the reveiws an photographs of their previous work. I had high expectations from this organization and they delivered a home run. I plan on utilizing these guys for any a/v concerns in the future.

I don't normally score a company so high but the NextArts team was terriffic!!! NextArts Audio Visual Lighting Rentals & Services provided fantastic drapery and lighting for my wedding. They were very professional, and it was exactly what I asked for. I actually cried when I walked into the room! That's how pleased I was with the work done the NextArts team. The great thing about NextArts, is that he were very responsive to my emails. I pretty much planned my entire wedding via email, so this was of extreme importance to me. I was also amazed at what I could get in my budget. The guys at NextArts explained to me that it didn't take a lot to make a room beautiful and they were absolutely correct. The backdrop, drapery and lights were perfect. Oh but the best part was the color. I wanted a very particular green color for the event, and they were able to adjust the colors and they were absolutely beautiful. My husband doesn't like color I chose, but he was pleased with the décor as well. I think he was just happy that I was so happy. I would definitely recommend NextArts for any event!!

If you are in need of any special event production services, I would highly suggests using NextArts for any of your lighting, audio/visual, and decor needs. NextArts was recommended to me by a close friend, who utilized their services for a wedding. I was told that they would provide a professional touch which could turn my event from mundane to remarkable. And after the superb job performed at my event, I couldn't agree more. NextArts was able to provide excellent service, that I believed elevated my event and made it truly memorable. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They delivered, set up, and removed all the equipment in a very expedient and professional manner. Two of the techs "Hollywood" and "JM" were more than helpful and provided outstanding customer service throughout the duration of my event. NextArts provided a combination of drapery and lighting that transformed an otherwise ordinary setting into one of beauty, with an aesthetic that everyone in attendance could appreciate. The event went off without a hitch, and many attendees spoke of being impressed with the overall presentation of the event. Calling NextArts turned out to be very sound advice. The NextArts team played in integral part in the success of my event, and I regard them as the "Go-to" company for any of your event needs.

My sister and I used NextArts for our parent's 30th wedding anniversary at the Fort Mason Center last week. Austin was great. We rented uplights, drapery and patio heaters from them. Set up was a breeze and they even helped with designing the event. We strongly recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience with NEXT ARTS at our recent wedding. We had them install up-lights around the perimeter of our reception venue and string lights in the room where we had our ceremony. They looked beautiful, the service was impeccable (Tony is very responsive and professional), set up and clean up were seamless, we really couldn't have asked for anything more. The price was reasonable too, and at no point did they try to up-sell us or push services on us that we didn't need -- which was really nice after some of our previous experiences with pushy lighting professionals. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend using NEXT ARTS.

NextArts audio video and lighting in San Francisco was absolutely amazing to work with. I work for a local magazine company and put on upwards of two events a week, and working with NextArts has been a lifesaver. They take calls after normal work hours, are fast to respond, on top of questions and orders, and are incredibly great to work with onsite. I recently hosted an event in which NextArts went out of their way to complete my order (even under rush circumstances) and provided me with all I needed for the event plus threw in a few extras as a completely kind gesture. As an event producer that puts on many events (and has worked with many vendors over the years) I will use NextArts Audio & video for all my important AV needs. They are not only efficient, but their quality of customer service was above and beyond.

This was the most important day of my life and I trusted them to get it right. I trusted them because Anthony doesn't mess around, he tells you what he can do and can't and sticks to it. I spoke to so many wedding planners that said they could do everything. But we didn't want everything, we wanted this wedding to be beautiful, elegant and honest. NextArts came through.

I recently got married in San Francisco. We chose NextArts to do our lighting and décor for our wedding. Everything looked amazing!!! GO WITH NEXTARTS PEOPLE!!! NextArts is a great nonprofit organization. Excellent and professional service. They had exactly what I needed. I highly recommend them.

Working at a nonprofit, I have to be very conscientious about the money we spend. I've used NextArts twice for some simple audio equipment and they've always been great with coming in on time and setting up. Even better, Tony--who I've worked with twice--has at both times suggested LESS equipment than other A/V companies have quoted me...which saves me a ton of money. On top of that fact, NextArts is way cheaper than other companies I've gotten quotes from. Thank you Nextarts!

NextArts is great! They provided a stage for our private event and did awesome work. The guys who set up the stage were right on time, friendly and worked fast to get us up and running. I would recommend NextArts to anyone and everyone!

We rented a projector last minute from NextArts for an art exhibit we were throwing a few weeks ago. Tony was able to get us a great LCD projector for an awesome price. If you're looking for a superb AV rental company. I highly recommend you go with Nextarts.

Called for a consultation after viewing their ad in the knot. Booked my consultation and was convinced that my fairy tale wedding was in the right hands. Tony Imperial and NextArts did not disappoint in the slightest. Every time I called with a concern, change or request it was taken care of immediately, and they always seemed to be a step ahead. Any equipment I needed was always available, from drape to lighting. When the big day finally came I not only had a great vendor I could trust had everything completely under control, but a friend I could trust and count on for support on my wedding day. Can't say enough good things, 5 star experience all around!

I was hosting an event and I needed to rent a video projector ASAP. I emailed Tony, got a fast respone and he answered all my questions. When I picked up the projector he went over all the instructions about setting it up and taking it down. I was using the projector with a mac laptop and he had the exact cable I needed. Compared to other projector rentals I checked out, this was a great deal for what I needed. If I ever need to rent a projector again I will definitely give Tony a call!

Anthony Imperial of NextArts in San Francisco is great to work with. My best friend got married in April and I helped with the decorations. NextArts did the drapery and lighting. It was such gorgeous silk drape on the doorways, and red carpet and velvet ropes. Inside our colors were plum and white, with beads laced through the centerpieces. The light twinkled through the beads onto the tables. The set up was seamless and the room looked very, very romantic. Thank you Tony and James, you guys rocked!
