We should have walked out of ABC Nissan the moment the person we made an appointment with took the day off. Who does that? When you make an appointment with someone and confirm it you show up for it. ABC Nissan advertises good prices on their website but when you show up they state that these prices reflect all the discounts and none of the dealer add-ons. Once they add these back in the price jumps considerably. It's false advertising to lure you in. They also do not like to disclose the price of the car to you they instead ask you how much you want to pay a month. Another thing they ask for your credit or debit card for some lame reason and don't return it until you go to finance where they try to add things you don't need to the price of the car. This tactic is used to keep you in the dealership and make it difficult for you to leave. We were there for 6 hours with sometime almost an hour wait between people talking with us. It was ridiculous and I'm a fool for staying there don't be fools like me.

We went to ABC Nissan two weeks ago tomorrow and attempted to purchase a new Altima. We were told more times than I can count that we were approved and everything was good. Today we were cohersed into going to the dealer to resign papers and have a better deal. HAHAHAHAHA! We get there to find out that the payment would be $200 more a month. What a joke. We immediately demanded our old car back and left!

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle. After reviewing the contract, we noticed some unnecessary add-ons on the financial contract. We asked to have these removed because we did not opt for them. The finance guy said that they could not be removed. To make a long story short, we went to our lawyer and he advised us to go back and get copy of the video that was recorded in the finance office. Once I asked for it, Brian, the finance guy runs and pulls our contract, immediately refunds my down payment and states no lender would buy the loan. In all actuality, he know what he did was illegal and could not let the deal go through because he would have been out of a job. It is illegal to add a service plan or optional materials to a financial contract by deceiving the customer by telling them that it can not be removed. He did this without our consent or notifying us that it was optional. He clearly stated it was not when it really was optional.

Worst car shopping experience that I've had. After 20 minutes of asking for a brochure and a business card and having to deal with three rude salespersons and managers trying to pressure us into making a bad decision, we finally left. As we left, the last sales manager followed us to our car and his exact last words to us were: "Don't come back here!" Skip this dealership - there are much better dealerships in town.

I took my vehicle into their body shop after recommendation by my insurance co. After an evaluation, I was told the work on my truck would take 16 days. It took 31 days, and I did not recieve ANY communication from them. I called repeatedly, left messages and rarely recieved a response. Because of this I visted the shop on occasion to check on the status of my vehicle. Every time I was told it would most definately be done within two days...well two weeks later I got my truck back and the repairs were not done completely. The work was not of good quality, the time they had my vehicle unnecessary, and not to mention the claim advisor and shop manager were rude and unprofessional. I reccommmend going to a small high quality body shop you can trust.

So the prices are not outrageous but do not go in to ABC Nissan with high hopes of customer service. We have had to go back to the dealership multiple times just to get the items that were included with the car purchase...While explaining some of the terms of the contract to us the the salesman said "I wont explain this because you will not be able to understand it!!!" Last I checked, when selling a car you should not insult the customers intelligence. Will never buy from!!!

I've had multiple horrible experiences there, from a car that took months to get fixed, to missing parts, to high pressure sales and unneeded addons. I'll never go back.

We took our vehicle here for repairs after an auto accident and were "promised" a completion date of 14 days. 45 days later and a huge bill for a rental, we finally got the car. The staff was rude and unaccomodating.

When you call ABC Nissan Service Department - the voicemail says it's the best in town. I have never found that to be true. I've come in on a Saturday (with an appt). I've had to wait betweeb 10-20 min before someone will and take the service order. When I call for an appt, it seems I get passed around a lot. Forget about trying to cancel an appt. I tried to give a courtesy call to cancel my appt. The first time the phone rang 20 times and then someone hung up on me. I called back and let the phone ring 20 times and then I gave up. I rarely try to deal with them because they are difficult from start to finish.
