Dan Mullins' repair department is wonderful. They did great work on my car, and did it efficiently and much more quickly than the independent mechanic I used to have work on my car. Also, I had agreed to a certain price but when the car was ready, it turned out the cost of the service was about $100 LESS than they had quoted, and they were very honest to let me know that. They were also very nice and I felt that they genuinely cared about my car running well for me. I was going on a long trip and was worried about my car making the trip without any trouble. It ran beautifully. They even made sure I had tires in good shape. I never thought I'd use a dealership but now that I have used Dan Mullins, I will always use them for my car.

I walked onto the lot on a Wednesday evening and I was happily shocked that I was not flanked by sales people from 5 different directions. Rather, I felt that I was in control and can roam the lot without the pressure. Once i knew what i was looking for they answered all of my questions and got a great deal at the end. Excellent service!!

I do not like car shopping because I feel so pressured. This was not the experience I had at all.Our dealer was friendly, helpful, and easy to do business with.He answered every question I had and was very helpful.Went home with the car i wanted at the price I want!!

I drove in at the last minute and I had a noise I was sort of concerned about in my Armada. Although I didn't have an appoinment, they addressed my concerns, and got right on it. Their Service Manager, Jimmy Toombs, visited with me. I was rather impressed as how he listened, looked me directly in the eye and everything was handled better that I could have hoped for. Luckily, it was just a belt and it was due anyway. This was a nice change from past experiences that I've had at other facilities. Even though I didn't buy my SUV there, it didn't matter, they treated me like I did and they didn't over-charge me! I also found out they can work on my "work" car, a 2001 VW Jetta as I will schedule a tune-up on it there here pretty soon. I highly reccomend this dealership as others waited on me while I was in the waiting room and so helful and polite. I never see this kind of service or polireness anymore and it was so refreshing to see it here-if you want service or a vehicle, I encourage you to try this place. Next time I trade my vehicle, I definately will be at Dan Mullins first.

They made you feel very comfortable with talking with them and made you feel at home. They weren't just looking to make a sale! Recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Nissan!

Our dealer was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain all the extras that our car came with, we were very happy With how patient he was with us, yet still so helpful in everything. I looked at a lot of dealerships and he was the best salesman hands down.
