Great store with very helpful staff. They do what it takes to make you happy. Make good suggestions not just to meet their quota but to find you clothes you will be happy with. Plus free alterations on any item bought there.

Worst Service Ever

Don't bother shopping here unless you are wearing designer clothes and dripping in diamonds and gold. The sales clerks will not even acknowledge you. This is not just a problem at this Nordstrom. It seems to be a systemic problem. My Jones New York outfit, Van Eli shoes, and Coach purse were not enough to get me any attention. I guess they thought I belonged at Wal Mart. What a shame because I went to another store in Phipps Plaza and spent a lot of money. Nordstrom has forgotten about good customer service.

Nordstrom offers the best service in town bar none. they wrote the book on customer service and have the best variety in clothing from business attire to something to wear at the beach!!

This is the only department store that still has old-fashioned service. When we were shopping for an evening dress, the shoe salesman brought shoes up to try on with the gown. The sales staff was knowledgeable. The dressing rooms were well lit and large.

Amazing quality. I never grew up going to department stores because my mom always insisted they weren't what they used to be. But Nordstrom's was so helpful. They let us take shoes from one department to another to see if they would match my prom dress, and then when they didn't, the sales people insisted that I NOT buy them because they would ruin the whole look. Think! A salesperson thinking about the customer above their quota. This department store reminds me of the Rich's that I read about in my Georgia History text book.

Shopping at it's best

This store is fabulous and they value their customers. I've shopped and received the Anastasia brow treatment and it's always top notch. The staff is friendly and helpful and will go above and beyond - with phone calls of upcoming sales or following-up on a recent big purchase. The quality of items are exceptional and if you have an issue w/an item, the staff are there to help w/returns and exchanges without any ATTITUDES.
