The website for Norfolk Florist sucks. you spend your time looking for a item select the item give them you credit card information and place the order. Then you get a phone call saying you need to spend more money for that item because the merchant will not send that item for that amount. Why didn't the website inform me of that before I gave out my credit card info. This has happen to me 3 different times.
