I was reluctant taking my great grandmothers antique watch anywhere for repair, and I surely wasnt going to mail it anywhere. So when I found Norms through a friend I was excited. Its a small ma and pa like store with a family run business style. They repaired the watch within a week and a half at a price that was 2 times less than I was expecting (I think I guaged the price in my mind a little high because of the sentimental factor). Anyway they are kind, warm, and delivered a perfectly fixed watch. Oh, and the best part.. They fix it right there in the store! No mailing it off to who knows where! THANKS NORMS! ILL BE BACK! :) A+++

I took a watch to another repair shop because they were closer to my home and was told it would cost hundreds to repair and the watch wasn't worth it - even when I explained the sentimental value. I've done business with Norms before so I drove the extra miles and I'm very happy I did. They understood the value of the watch to me and repaired it to look as good as new. The total cost - way less than even $100. I will never go any where else for any jewelry repair.
